Breakfast is not included, it is a separate charge, not an problem if you know ahead but dont plan on a free breakfast. The rooms are dated and have some things that need repairs, but everything was clean and worked and was comfortable.

The public areas of the hotel are great, pool was clean and nice, everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful and accommodating.

No usb ports. Empty vending machine on the 2nd floor. Could not watch tv. Everything was ppv. And my keys quit working. Inconvenient when your not on the 1st floor and your arms are full

Bar was not open long enough and you had to stay in your room to consume own alcohol wanted to watch game and have beer outside of my room couldnot because bar wasclose and no alcohol in the common area were tv is located

We stay at this hotel for 4 nights during an event. The lounge area is a great place to gather and meet and mingle with other guests, but it closes too early.

It is connected to the event center which is extremely convenient. We also like the lounge area and the breakfast service.

The bathtub/shower. The noise level of fellow patrons.

No hottub with the pool, which was okay as the pool was full of screaming kids. The lounge is located in the center of the hotel on the ground floor and the loud, boisterous and drunken people echoed up to our 7th floor room. The bed was ok but the bath had no handicapped fixtures.

The breakfast buffet is extremely expensive and the bacon was floppy the sausage tasted spoiled, the eggs are fake and flavorless. I guve the brwakfast buffet a 1 at most * the hallways smelled like a wet dog

I didn't like the smell of the room when I first entered. Also, despite very low occupancy, the hotel offered a 1-hour early check-in for $20 extra. I declined.

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was nice and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The Wifi worked well and the television had lots of good channels to pick from. The room was clean, but there was a bad smell when I entered.

Person checking us in didn't seem interested in answering questions and key card did not work at first, had to return to front desk for another one.

Location was nice. Room was a great value. Only stayed 1 night, so did not use amenities but pool looked good, lobby well maintained.

The night staff had difficulty. We advised we would have a late arrival so assumed we would be able to get checked in asap. When we arrived it was 3:50 am and he said he was auditing so couldnt chk us in until after 4. It turned out being 4:30 and he charged me again which I had to get reversed nxt day. Also we were there almost a week and room service never cleaned or gave us new towels and toilet paper.

I was glad they had the breakfast available. It saved us having to drive somewhere. Location was close to everything

the bathroom was not as clean as it could be, the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly, the bed spread was a bit musty, no decaf or tea in room.
