The drinks at the pool for 2 solo cups was $42.00 what a joke. There was no price listed nor were the drinks any good. Highly disappointed. My air in my room broke 2 different times and maintenance had to be called and work on the air Friday and Saturday very frustrating. Not one time did I get an apology or did they try to comp me or make up for the fact it was hotter in my room than outside. Maintenance was very nice and helpful.

The pool was fantastic and I love that it stayed open until 11pm.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was very clean. I enjoyed the experience.. I had lunch at the restaurant by the pool that was very good friendly staff. The food selection was good.

We ate at the outside pool area restaurant and although the food was great the service was lacking. The restaurant was not full at all and we sat a longtime before we were attended too. Way too long for the amount of people that were there that day.

Room was very clean and well organized. Ordered breakfast room service and it was awesome. Although they forgot to include the toast they made up for it quickly.

Food options were quite pricey, and sometimes communication with front desk wasn’t great., although they were eager to please.

The location of this property wasn’t the best for us, but for the price it really can’t be beat. Also, the floors in our room needed a good cleaning.

Lovely resort. The lobby, restaurants, and pool area are amazing. Staff was friendly & helpful in most cases. Room was nice and everything was very accessible. Noticed that it was very quiet as well; always a nice feature!

Great location, fantastic rooms but not a relaxing hotel, they are not quick at refunding monies

Having to pay $100 a night for incidentals is extremely expensive and unnecessary. We were on the 10th floor overlooking the pool, every morning at 8am the sound system started up by the pool with an instructor giving exercise lessons to those in the pool, we could hear every word the instructor spoke despite the windows being closed and the air conditioning working away. The exercise classes run throughout the day. At 10am EVERY DAY the sound system is wound up and the Boom Boom beat echoes throughout the room, eventually the blood in your head beats in time to the music. Forget about getting a sun lounger by the pool, other guests tended to go down early in a morning and put towels on the sunbeds then disappear back to their rooms for long periods of time, meaning there are no sunbeds free for other guests to lay in the sun. The sound system goes All Day, at 10pm the music is still going. Its not somewhere you would go to relax and unwind from the parks We checked out 4 days ago and we are still waiting for a receipt for the monies taken and still waiting for the money for the incidentals to be returned despite us asking for these items.

The rooms are beautiful. Clean, tidy with plenty of room. Location is perfect with easy access to Disney, shops and restaurants.

They didn’t offer shuttle service from the airport for the guests only shuttle to the theme parks. Also they charge you for parking everyday didn’t liketl that and parking could have been better. Also it was a 100 a day for Damage fee so everyday they charge your card and if found no damage the money goes back but 100 a day is a bit pricey when I booked on booking.com I paid for damage fees so once I arrived I want expecting to pay anything when the lady asked for my card I was like the room is paid for. She said yes this is for damage fees. Also when traveling with kids you need to be able to hook up more than 4 devices at a time especially when you have more than 2 kids. They charge after four devices. SMH

My first concern was that Booking.com clearly stated that a $100 damage deposit would need to be paid at arrival. When we got to the desk, we were asked to pay $100 per day($300) for our 3 night stay. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please make sure that Caribe and Booking.com are on the same page with the fees due upon arrival. Secondly, we were assigned to 2 queen beds. I'm 6'0 foot and my feet/legs were hanging off the bed. It felt and looked more like 2 regular beds.

We stayed at Tower 3 last year but loved staying at Tower 1 better. The staff was very friendly and loved the fact that Upper management made sure that staff were always on point. Sometimes, micromanaging is needed, especially at hotels of this status. We also enjoyed relaxing at Calypso pool and restaurant, but the staff was a bit pushy and not friendly. We also didn't like that fact that our bill was not itemized. We fell in love with the Stadium club sports bar. The concept was amazing, the staff was very friendly and the food was top-notch!!!!

Rooms windows cannot be opened. The parking is a little pricey, as well as the food. Starbucks' main lobby is below company standards.

The location is great! The hotel is 10 min from Disney and 20 min from Universal Studios
