Didn’t like that there wasn’t a fridge

Crazy tweaker dude knocked on my door like 3 different times and just stood there waiting for me to answer and was banging around for about an hour across the halls all loud. That was the only uncomfortble thing.

Some of the people made faces or gestures if I was blocking the handicap exit,or having a smoke break,I believe smokers have rights too,if we're being cool about it, like not leaving the butts all over like the people who don't pick up after their dogs,which I think is worse than somebody having a smoke break!

They were courteous,and helpful,and kept me comfortable by listeningg to my needs because I am alone in a wheelchair, so I pretty much needed the accessible rooms,,so I would be safe getting around.

I didn't like that my bathroom sink was clogged in #209. I informed them about it the night I checked in and that morning. Nothing was done for the 2 days I stayed there. The ice 🧊 machine was out of order.

I like that the place was clean with linen, towels, the room, the shower, and a bathtub. A flat screen TV, a dining table, and a refrigerator. There's free parking as well.

Overall was good. $100 deposit is steep... just please consistently refund right away, which you have thus far :))

Clean room. Fresh towels, sheets, etc. Thank you also for refunding my deposit right away. Immediate refund of deposit is very important to me. Your staff does this well. Not happy that deposit went from $50 to $100, though. Too bad that you even have to charge a deposit. But I understand since people steal property and destroy rooms in this spiritually fallen world that we live in. May God help us 🙏🙏 Love that your price is competitive, low. Perfect for me as frequent traveler. Thank you.

Having to give a $50 deposit and then have to wait till after 11 to retrieve it was a bit challenging because I had time restraints and it cost me money to have to return to get my deposit

Two bed side tables, larger refrigerator, more space between beds, closet, drawers.

The price was exceptional. This is a great place for young people who appreciate dorm room living. I knew the price would equal the amenities in the room; it was as expected. As an older person, I need better amenities than a dorm room.

We could not bring our two small dogs because 25 a day for each dog would have been too much. Had to ask for toilet tissue. There needs to be a mirror on the wall for those of us that don’t see very well or the counter is too hard to reach over.

This was my first time staying in a room (#148) in the back of the motel. The room was clean but the parking lot outside of my room had a lot of trash and looked very bad. I never saw it like this before.

Requested a quiet room away from stairs, but room assigned is right by the stairs. Bathtub does not drain water fast enough. During shower, feet are soaked in very slow drainage. Perhaps the need to pour liquid Draino? There were no shampoo/conditioner/lotion, but only towels and soap bars. There were no coffee maker or microwave. Parking’s full both nights of our stay. Guests should be asked of vehicle license number and guests should be provided a parking permit; so that only hotel guests are allowed to park on the lot. As the hotel is located in a busy part of Carlsbad.

Clean enough for me

The cheapest hotel I could find at the Time. No decorations inside the room but the rest was ok. Water liking inside toilet reservoir that was easy to fix by myself

The rooms need to be updated the bathroom shower had a slow leak. And the room was kind of muggy. Also, there was 2 spiders. 

The place was very quite. And the location was perfect near the beach.
