You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI went to the office on our first night as the railing to the office is broken badly, the cement around the rail are broken! Dangerous! and it was raining. The older man in the office was rude after I told him about the railing. We also booked 3 nights and had to move from our favorite room as someone else had book that particular room! missing our breakfast. Other than that the sun came out and saved our stay.

United States of AmericaThe room really wasn’t that clean. There was a ton of dust on the ceiling fans. The walls at some point had been repainted, but they didn’t cover over everything so it was multiple colors in some places. The hot water only lasted about 3 minutes and the water in the sink came out brown at one point.

United States of AmericaPerson who checked us in was a total weirdo! We arrived early after driving for two hours. Wouldn’t allow us to use a bathroom on site. My Mom is 80 years old with Dementia and walks with a cane ! He didn’t want to be bothered, interact etc. Then our rooms were up two flights of stairs and there is no elevator. One of the stair rails was wobbly . There was dog poop in the back. Pillows were too soft.

Carmel on a budget. Easy parking, close to all the shops and restaurants. Two Queen beds in separate areas of the room with a door to close them off. Mini fridge and ceiling fan were helpful.
