Need tea towels as didn’t always want to put few items into dishwasher load. Not ecofriendly to do this.

We missed a tea towel for drying our dishes and the kitchen could have been equipped with a few more utensils.

The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. All the places we wanted to see were within walking distance. We felt very much at home in our apartment. The apartment had a coffee maker and ground beans were provided.

This is a stunning property. In a classical old building which has been beautifully renovated, the apartment is a joy - furnished with great taste and an excellent eye for detail. Comfortable, modern, classy, with everything you could need. To cap it all, a great location, close enough to the French Quarter for easy walking but far enough away to be peaceful. Absolutely lovely place to stay.

Strong smell of floor cleaner upon arrival and throughout. Was not aware there would be no towel service or daily cleaning. Why can't hotels/apartments provide more towel racks/hooks? One per bathroom is not enough for more than one person to a room!

Comfortable space; great for groups with the living room/kitchen area as communal areas. We did not use the fitness center, community room, or patio areas, but they looked nice!

I would say that the furniture was not very comfortable, particularly the seating in in the dining area and the sofa. Everything else was great.

CBD location was my preference - not in the busiest part of town but still accessible to everything. On arrival, the door code worked the first time, which was great. The video check-in was also very easy as everything was already set though Booking.com. The apartment was spacious and attractive, and had enough basics to function normally. There was even laundry detergent and a bonus of a pound of ground coffee!! There is a mid-sized grocery store 3-4 blocks away to stock the fridge and obtain any necessities (open 7 days a week). I did not visit the other Roami location which has the pool.

- The check-in process could be improved. 4 pm check-in is relatively late, and we had nowhere to wait with our baggage until the front door code was activated exactly at 4 pm - The Roami texting support was not very helpful, luckily there was occasionally someone in person there to help us with questions

The use of technology for checking in and out . The TV connection kept cutting out . A bit more human staff would be nice otherwise the place is beautiful

The room could use a little updating like painting. Toilet seat was broken. All are minor items but add up. You're not paying for a budget hotel so it should represent that.

Location is fantastic. It's in a quieter part just a few blocks from Bourbon St. on the other side of Canal street. Easy to get around. Felt safe at night. People at front desk were friendly and helpful.

We did not like having to go to a sister property to enjoy a pool. We were expecting an infinity pool (on property). We were disappointed with the lack of parking at Roami Factor Row.

The space is phenomenal: having two apartments adjacent was plenty of room for a family of five adults. Everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry within the spaces made the trip most pleasant.
