The only thing I didn’t like about our stay was that the cleaning lady left a previous guests still in the fridge.

We loved that the hotel was ocean front, they was tons of fun stuff to do right in the hotel. The area was great and close to everything.

It could’ve been more clean to me especially the shower. The toilets were low for a tall person or a person with long legs it’s somewhat uncomfortable.

I like the set up of the room it’s definitely a peace of mind there was a smell I couldn’t get over.

The beds are terrible! Rooms need an update. Rooms next to vending/ice machine have more traffic and is very loud. Don't offer fans. Our AC wasn't working very well.

We unknowingly came during a Bike convention and it was incredibly difficult to find parking and everywhere in the hotel was packed. The bikers were so respectful but being able to even enter the hotel was a challenge bc people were everywhere, standing in the road and entrance. The rooms seem a little dated and could definitely use some deep cleaning as well.

The hotel was very nice, provided great views and having some many options of things to do/eat was great!

The pool was freezing, we came there specifically for the indoor pool for our son’s 5th birthday and we couldn’t even stay in the pool it was so cold.

Towels were not allowed to leave pool area. Restaurant/bar prices were super high. Almost $24 for 2 small drinks, approximately $8 for a small soft drink.

The check-in issue. The agent couldn't bother to look at my booking reservation confirmation information even after I verified my credit card was charged the 1st half of the deposit for stay. In the end, my full name was in reverse (last as first). As I checked in very late/early morning, I got a room on the second floor over the entrance. I was told I didn't need to put my license plate information on the registration paper but noticed that other guests had the hanging permits on their parked cars. I found mine in the key card sleeve the next morning. My room didn't have a Do Not Disturb door hanger. No smoking in the room is understandable, but not on the fully outside facing Balcony? My room neighbors were noisy in the hallway during quiet hours.

The restaurants, specials, arcade area, and ice rink for families. I would book again for a condo room for a longer duration, but the general hotel room section is decent with a sofa matteres for large families.

We booked for the indoor pool and weren't told that it wasn't opened We also called front desk for bath towels and were told we could only have 6 a day with 4 adults showering everyday that amount of towels isn't enough. Also the ac in the room couldn't be adjusted it was hot in our room the whole stay.

Our room was directly above the front doors of the property. It was a lot of noise from people coming and going, also people checking in.☹️

The location was great and the atmosphere in the atrium was great. The beach access was a plus.
