Breakfast was fine, would have liked cream cheese for the english muffins and boiled eggs though. Did not like the styrofoam coffee cups and flimsy plastic cups. The bathroom fan was VERY loud.

Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator to the parking garage was a great help. Staff was Very nice! Wine and cookies were fun. Very pleasant atmosphere in the lobby.

We stayed 3 nights at this place (6-9 February). The first evening, there was a super nice lady at the reception. She said that due to weather conditions, the covered parking is closed for cars that are not 4w-drive. And there was also a notice about it at the reception. We have 4wd, so she opened parking for us. Which was nice. In the morning, there was another lady who was lasy enough not to put breakfast at the counter and would list things like: "we have bread, cereal... what do you want?" That's a really strange way of serving, in my opinion. Anyway, breakfast is low quality. In the evening there was the 3rd lady who didn't want to open a covered parking for us, she said: "No, it's closed". She also removed notice from the reception. I said: "we just parked this night there." She was so annoyed by going out and opening the parking. On the 9th of February, they served an expired yogurt for breakfast. It's all not like a big deal, but we stayed already several times at this place some years ago, and only this time we got this a bit bitter taste.

The facility is clean. Beds are comfortable. The fridge and microwave work well.

It snowed and I couldn’t park in the underground parking garage. The place is out dated, however very clean and the family who owns the hotel is the best!!!

The location is perfect you can walk to everything downtown. We like to go on the Carson City wine walk and we live in Reno. They just got new bedding and it’s awesome!

Thermostat was not working room #109 had to manually adjust heat all night. TV didn't work at 1st. 3rd time I've stayed that I had to have desk person come fix cable on TV but they fixed it right away.

New mattresses, always amazing attentive staff. I see constant upgrades. I stay there at least once a month. Free water at front is very nice. Location is the best.

The sheets were soft, the staff was great and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Apparently, they are in a remodel/upgrade mode right now and I believe they will exceed their goals. I'll stay at Hardman House whenever I come back to Carson City.

Pillows were a bit lumpy. One of the pillowcases was dirty. Vacuuming could've been better. But overall, the fixtures were clean and the bed comfortable.

The staff was super hospitable and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Very friendly. Hotel was easily accessible.
