To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The receptionist sir is very very helpful! I had issue with my charger and couldn't charge my phone before leaving, the sir helped me try to fix it and after it's mply gave me one to really saved me!!! Very appreciated! Also snack in fridge and free hot chocolate/coffee are awesome. Also room nothing to complain

I was traveling alone so fine for me (and excellent value) but my 6 foot plus husband would not have liked the full (rather than queen or king) bed (which I knew about ahead of time). It was the first time I ever stayed in a room without a window, and a bit disorienting but great for sleeping at night, insulated from street noise and light. Again a great value for the money. The 24 hour coffee in the lobby was excellent.

ItalyThe only bad thing, in our room the windows were really dirty and also the curtain was old and dirty. The rest of the room was ok, so it was not a huge concern and it didn't ruin our experience at all, that was very good, but the look of it was not good at all to be honest.
Very nice stay. It is in a perfect position to explore Midtown yet our room was very quiet. The beds are confortable, the plus point of free coffee in the lobby is great. The staff was very efficient and polite. I would recommend it without any doubt.

Wonderful hotel - location is very central yet on a quiet street so you can sleep nicely, all staff members were very friendly and courteous, the level of cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel is rather new (or refurbished) with very good showers and comfortable beds. I was really pleasantly surprised as usually hotels of the same price range in NYC can be a mixed bag. Herbal teas in the lobby are of high quality. Plenty of towels in the bathroom; 2 bottles of water and soft drinks for free every day.

The room was very clean which was great to arrive to after a long day of travel. The location was perfect for our needs. We walked to the theatre district, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Central Park and the shops on 5th Ave. Food options around the hotel were great. Loved the complimentary water and snacks in the room as well.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Fresh soapy smell in the lobby. Clean rooms and comfy beds. My son appreciated the assortment of free beverages and snacks in the mini-fridge. We all loved the location.

The location, price, staff, room size were all great. Super friendly and helpful staff :) I was upgraded to a slightly better room and it was quite nice, very clean with a lovely bathroom. Easy to walk everywhere and just 2 blocks from the metro, so super easy. I would stay here again, thanks!
