The bed was not horrible but not great.

Security was great. Onsite laundry. Pool and restaurant staff were friendly. Check in process was easy. Walking distance to a couple bars and grill. Short Uber to Clearwater beach.

The condo could have been cleaner and the pull out bed did not have enough pillows and blankets. The ice maker didn’t work. Not enough towels. There were only 2 pool towels.

Was expecting to have a small sandy beach area right on the water, pictures were a little deceiving. Pillows were horrible. For a 7 day stay there should be more than 6 bath towels for 2 people. The coffee table in the living room has legs that extend past the table top it had to be moved as we kept kicking the legs as we walked by it. Would be nice to have have a side table on both sides of the bed. The intake vent on bathroom fan needs to be cleaned a lot of dust and/or mold on it.

I did not like the fact that check in was so late. We arrived by plane and did not have any intentions on renting a car. The office manager was nice enough to let us put our belongings in the office until the room was ready. I thought I would have gotten an early check in considering I was only staying one night and Booking asked what time I was arriving, I don't know if the owner and Booking can see this question or not. Check in was at 4, we ended up getting the room at noon. But I wish I had known we were going to have to wait, I could have planned better. Also this resort does not have direct access to the water, it is a man made sand pit and it sits by the water but you can't walk in it. If you stay long be sure to buy groceries, I would have loved to have a picnic in the area. It's not big but it did the job.

I liked the location of the property. I liked how close the room was to the water, it was easy to get to. Then room was extremely clean, it smelled like someone ha just cleaned it. Everything was spotless. I wish I had more time to stay.

I had a couple of issues mainly ac wasn’t working, but the owners tried to get me into another room but I was already asleep, they were very helpful though and tried to make things right. They replied very quickly.

it’s not the owners fault but landscaping started way to early - 8 am and trees were being trimmed after 11 pm. There was yard work being done all day long. it was loud as the walls are very thin. the unit could use some more light. The bedroom lamp was not bright enough and there wasn’t overhead lighting. you have blackout curtains for a large part of living room but not all. Would be helpful for it to fully cover the wall. We enjoyed our stay this is just some constructive feedback. The landscaping issue would prevent us from renting there again so wanted to let you know since this is out of your control. It could have even been for a neighboring property. Thanks!

Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. It appeared to be a glitch in the system because stopped after being removed and replaced.

At night people that were there were loud and someone kept honking their horn for a good 10 minutes before security came around. The sliding door lock was broken. On a positive note I called Christina right away she said she would look into it and apologized.

The place is very nice and upkept. You feel like it's a home away from home. Beautiful views. We were able to see dolphins playing from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and there was food close by. Host answered her phone and was very nice.

Not that this has anything to do with the condo, but some of the patrons were quite noisy and arguing in a drunken state outside of the building. Then there was a political rally going on that made the patrons feel a little uncomfortable, but the property management took care of it and removed the unpermitted gathering.

The location was nice. The pool, beach, and outdoor areas were spacious and nice. Not too crowded. The beach area is man-made and doesn't have water access due to the rocky bay, but it is still peaceful and beautiful. The bar was cozy and had really good food which was very convenient for relaxing (the jerk fish tacos and margaritas were delish). The Rusty Pelican behind the complex was amazing - a must-go (make reservations or enjoy happy hour at the bar/lounge area).

I wish there was a beach we could walk on during the day and night near the condo.

I loved having a bar and restaurant in walking distance. Our host was very quick in responding to my questions.
