Spacious hotel room that appeared to be a converted 1BR apartment. Excellent location near the water and State Street. Parked easily upon arrival and walked everywhere.

Very warm room until we opened up all the windows, no safe and located on the ground floor, which could cause security concerns for some. We were four people and only there for one night, so this didn't apply to us, but might be a consideration for people alone, or on multiday stays who would need to leave stuff in the room while looking around town. No fridge either, and not much space for unpacking.

Good location for the beach. We arrived late and the front desk gave us wine and cheese on the house - a nice generous touch. Very reasonably priced. Adequate, clean room. The place did what it needed to and a little bit more.

The shower was a little small and at night, a strange noise repeatedly annoyed me. It was not constant and I could sleep, but it was there. May be was an animal trapped outside near the bathroom window or the fan of the toilet. But it was only at night. In the morning, it stopped.

Breakfast simple but good. People very very very friendly and helpful and the place is cute. It is so close to the beachm nice restaurants, nice little park and walking distance from State Ave, full of restaurants and shops! Even a Lemon tree inside the patio, you can see!

The lights in the room were bright white bulbs, wished they were more warmer yellow. The inn is a bit small so sometimes you can hear from other outside areas and rooms next door.

Very friendly staff, LGBT friendly, free self serve drinks and cheese in the afternoon, very well designed rooms with functionality. The bed is EPIC! You feel pretty comfortable and like home. Breakfast is a nice small selection, but they served PORTOS pastries, the best surprise! This place has amazing thoughts and details to make you feel great from the bed, room amenities, cleanliness, staff, and good vibes.

Despite being close to the ocean, not having any form of air conditioning made the room too uncomfortably hot for our liking to get a proper nights rest so unfortunately we did not sleep well either night and left what we intended to be a relaxing weekend getaway extremely exhausted.

The Inn and our room were both very charming and in a good location. The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was incredibly clean and well kept.

The wardrobe smelled stuffy and old carpet. The bedroom is dated. Picture do not fully represent the real situation.

The facility includes a pleasant and relatively quiet courtyard. If you do not sleep in the outdoor part you have privacy and are protected from the noise of the streets around (as far as possible). Receptionists all very professional and friendly. Breakfast nothing special but ok.

Breakfast was bad, i would say no breakfast, just some sweet staff to have in the morning. It meant to be till 10:30, but they started collecting left food from 10:10. Room and bath were old and need for renovation

check-in process was awesome. we arrived late at 8pm and we were welcomed with all the information and also given a chance to have wine and cheese for Happy Hour

Noisy heater at night, tvs in odd placements (one on side of bed in awkward place and one super far from bed) Not a huge deal but something to know.

lovely property with Spanish courtyard and lots of greenery. Our room was a great size with 2 separate bedrooms. Felt like we had our own apartment which was perfect. close to state street too. Dog friendly property too, we brought our service dog but noticed the pet dog fee is only $20 which is very good for Santa Barbara
