The room my friends received was unacceptable and uncomfortable, which made me uncomfortable. If we would have had comparable options, we may have changed hotels. Staff promised a repair that did not occur.

Breakfast is amazing for a hotel and facility of that quality and price. The staff at breakfast is always friendly and helpful.

Check in took almost one half hour. No elevator. Has to carry luggage up steps. Breakfast just adequate.

The bathtub in my room was in rough shape and probably should be repaired.

That they except dogs and there were places around the hotel to walk your dog. Also-they fixed a leaky faucet in the bathtub right away when I reported it.

The shower water temperature NEVER warmed up. I wasted so much water trying to take a shower after a long day. I finally gave up. No shower for me.

Gave us a ground floor room with parking by the room.

This property is a bit run down but not terrible. Very quiet and a great location. All staff I encountered were very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Several choices. The breakfast attendant was amazing.

BREAKFAST AREA IS QUITE SMALL AND MINIMAL. POOL IS NOT EASY TO ACCESS. NEEDS A LOT OF UPDATING. COUCH WAS RIPPED IN SEVERAL PLACES, THE CARPET WAS OLD, TILE IN BATHROOM WAS FALLING OFF THE WALL, AND THE TUB WAS COATED WITH A PAINT OF SOME SORT THAT WAS FLAKING OFF.

I just stayed at this property two weeks ago. Then a week later I stay at the same property and then they tell me my credit card needed to be charged for incidentals??? They didn't ask me to do that two weeks go??? Really? Pick and choose when you charge someone? Very unprofessional. The pool has seen no attention in weeks. I asked before I stayed there if the jacuzzi worked and the guy said yes. The water never got hot and the jets didn't even work. There was bird crap all over the pool area and all over the grills and no pool towels either??? Never again will I stay at this property because I work too hard for my money!!!

We had to track down the continental breakfast. It was not discussed with us at check in and was not in the lobby area. It was over crowded so we skipped it.

I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed but I got a chair and a bed. I get about 40% of what I booked. No private entry. No view of pool or mountains. I'm not sure to be upset with Booking.com or the hotel.

The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. There had been attempts to repair it, but it needed a serious repair. The treadmill in the workout room was not operational and was a disappointment. The desk clerk at checkin was a polite and helpful person. In the morning, the desk clerk didn’t want to be bothered and didn’t care about the treadmill condition.

The facility has been updated. The room decor is good and the bed comfortable.

Check in was at 2pm and we were paying at hotel. At 3:30 when we werent there yet, hotel called me and said they ran my card (I had used to reserve room) and it was declined. I told him it was pay at hotel and he said that my room was going to be canceled if we didnt get there immediately. I checked my card and there was PLENTY of money on it, im thinking they had put wrong numbers in ??? but we had to rush to hotel and straighten it out or our room was going to be canceled . Once it was straightened out, we had to leave again without going to our room. We got back to hotel around 6:30 and found the TV wasn't working. It was the TV cable box that was broken, so no TV in room. Asked for different room but front desk said they were full and couldn't move us and we checked in at 3:30 we should have notified them then about tv. Super rude man at front desk!!! Bad experience but very clean, comfortable hotel.
