The reception/check-in for this hotel was in another hotel. 'Hollywood Beach' Check-in took over 90minutes!!! The staff were extremely unhelpful, slow & very rude to all customers in the enormous line waiting.

The Boutique hotel itself is quaint & quiet. The bedrooms are very clean & comfortable. There is parking - it costs $20.

Cockroaches. No cups/glasses in the room. Weak/unreliable internet access. TV didn't work much of the time. No housekeeping service over a 4-day stay.

The breakfast hostess was very rude and discourteous.

The breakfast was okay but what really spoiled my mood was the very brash and arrogant behavior of the hostess sitting at the front door.

The fact that checking is on another property. You have to call to find out where to checking. Breakfast layout is very uncomfortable, disorganized. Lighting in room is very basic, only one trash can in bathroom, none in room. Not enough sheets or pillows.

You have to go to another location to check in! Bad location, you definitely need a car, no groceries stores and the little store of the property has expensive prices. The room was nice but you could hear the neighbors and the cars. The bed was shaking every time a car was driving...

From checking in being a fiasco, to loudness in courtyard. To no cups, or anything in kitchen area, to old towels, to no working tv to everything!' Awful experience.

Has gone downhill since it was taken over by hollywood travel hoteles. Was at same place 3yrs prior, when privately owned. It was great! Now won't stay there ever or any of the HTH places. . They are run terrible.

I wasn't aware that the check in location was not at the exact property. We had a disabled person in our party so it made things a bit bumpier at the beginning but we figured it out. There was signage but not super obvious. I don't see my deposit refunded yet and it has been five days so now I have to go and follow up. Hopefully I will not have any problems.

There was no breakfast included but we didn't need that. The location is great. It is very close to the beach.

They do not provide coffee in your room, and if you ask for it they tell you to go to Walmart and buy it yourself. They do have a store in the office (if you can find the office via the signs on the buildings) where they don't sell k cups for the keurigs that are in your room. The rooms are really, really small. They have a huge list by the bed that explains the cost of anything you will steal that will be charged to your credit card...it's ridiculous, but apparently necessary in this neighborhood. If you value your vacation and time stay somewhere that is not a Hollywood Beach Hotel. The staff is extremely rude and when you ask for anything they act like they don't understand you. We actually paid to stay at a different hotel and left, even though they won't refund any of our money, that's how bad it was. There are a ton of AWESOME hotels in the area where you are treated well.

Location was 2 blocks from the beach, a few more blocks to other things like food, shopping, etc.

Office was always a long wait. Everyone was nice though. Couch was in a weird place where you couln't watch the TV. It should have been on the other side of the bed. For the kitchen there only a few things. The utensiles were just thrown in the drawer. Some metal in the bathroom were rusty. Sone of the light switches and outlets were sloppily installed and were and loose.

Check in was 3;00pm, room was t ready till 3:30pm. No discount. Was woken up at 5:30am to neighbor guest fighting and yelling and slamming doors. Staff didn’t ask how my stay was at checkout. One worker that has been there for 25 years heard them yelling and at least listened to my complaint. Not even a manager. She went and supposedly had them blocked from extending their stay. No coffee filters, spoons or cups. You had to ask. Went to ask in office and they didn’t have any spoons.
