The breakfast (not really much of a breakfast) wasn't available until 8. I wouldn't even consider it to be called breakfast. I think for the cost of hotel, there should be better options for breakfast.

Our room had challenges connecting to the internet, which also affected the ability to get to streaming services, like Netflix. The staff was helpful in trying to resolve the issue, but a recent upgrade to their system did not cover our room.

The WiFi is not great and there is hardly ever staff at the front desk makes it tough when your key card doesn’t work to get back into your room

The view, there was no view of the ocean, I was expecting and ocean view for the price of 1 night. All we can see was the construction's site.

Need hooks next to the shower for your towel when showering. Need a hook or small towel bar next to the sink. Need floor matts outside of both doors. Since it's an extra $35 for a pet you should provide a dog towel(s) and a sheet. It would be a nice touch to have fresh bakery items, not the packaged ones, for breakfast. A lot of stairs...There weren't any dog poop bags in the dog potty area.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and the 2nd time in this room (2 queens ocean view). I brought my dog and the room was very big, large frig, micro, shared deck off room overlooking volleyball courts, beach, ocean. Can walk to restaurants, shopping, trails etc. Bathrobe and slippers provided.

We were in room 404. I didn’t like how cold the room was, the heater was very loud and only in the main room, so has to have it in a long time to get the other room warm. Would be nice to have a chair or a couple of ottomans in the first room.

Location was amazing. Staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I liked that we had 2 separate rooms for me and my daughter. The dog run was very convenient and well maintained.

It was a charming hotel and it was nicely located across the street from the beach and down the street from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk close to really nice restaurants. It was an enjoyable stay.

The property was charming and aesthetically pleasing the room is clean but some of the lack of them amenities led to a little bit of disappointment. Location was wonderful. We had a room overlooking the beach across the street and it was really pretty.

The rooms couldve used a little TLC. Sheets and pillows had stains on them. The furniture and curtains looked cheap and needed to be replaced.

The price was very reasonable for it being right across the street from the beach. Also a few minutes walk to nice restaurants. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

Room was sparcely decorated. Pillows were lacking and TV was functional but not intuitive. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. Parking (close to your room) was hit or miss. No elevators.

WiFi was terrible, TV kept switching to Fox News automatically after a period of time. No privacy on the street. Could not have any natural light. Blackout curtains, and no inner lighter curtains to get natural light in. Everyone could see you from the street.

Construction right next door was loud. There were earplugs in the room so that’s something but it still really put a damper on hearing the ocean. Breakfast options could be upgraded a bit but pretty standard prepackaged pastry, oatmeal and some fruit, coffee was ok. WiFi didn’t work and the tv remote only worked part of the time.

Great location just between the pier and the boardwalk. Beautiful views of the beach. Nice room, really liked the balcony. Mostly great location, you could hear the ocean from our room at night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

I wish there was at least an armchair in the room to sit in. We had to sit on the beds.

The room had a nice view, very comfortable beds and a nice shower. The patio was very nice.

Our bathroom shade did not come quite all the way down so privacy was a bit compromised. I believe when I mentioned it at the desk they will take care of it for the next guests.

The semi-private patio with outstanding view!! I don't see how you could improve much on what we had.
