The bathroom has no electrical outlets - no fan- and one set of towels for a week not adequate Also, the shades in the bedroom need to be darkening- every car that pulled into park with lights turned the bedroom from night to day.

It was a little outdated interior wise. Could tell it was an old hotel or apartment complex. It’s been maintained well, though!

I feel like it was great! Especially for the price. Good location and had everything you needed for a night, a weekend, or even a month!

There is no heat system so we had to request a space heater, once we got that we were very comfortable.

The location was disappointing. The neighborhood was described as "quiet" yet the apartment was situated close to a VERY busy restaurant and large boat storage buildings. We were expecting a quiet residential neighborhood, which this was not. The description said "Casey Key Beach & Tennis Resort." We never did see tennis courts, and the neighborhood was definitely not our definition of a "resort." Again, live and learn.

This unit was disappointing, and we ended up not staying. The pictures and description portrayed a lovely spot, but when we arrived, the unit felt old, worn, and tired. The price point was very good, maybe I should have known better "if it's too good to be true ..." The property manager called later after realizing we had not stayed. He was very nice, and said "why didn't you notify us? We might have been able to rent it out and gotten you a bit of refund". But I told him that the website said very specifically "non-refundable." Live and learn.

No outlets for blow dryer

The property was nice and clean, the room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, the only complaint was no where to plug in a blow dryer in bathroom , other than that can’t complain for the price , we had a wonderful time and got to spend time with family that lives there ♥️

Great location! Old 1960’s Florida charm. Parked the car and we could walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff was virtual but available if needed. Can’t wait to go back.

Walls are so thin I could hear the wind outside, and the neighbour snoring all night long. Kitchen equipment is basic (insufficient if you're expecting to cook (no casserole nor proper knife). Door code was send by text message on my phone, but since I'm receiving only junk text messages, I've discarded it. Plus, phone number in booking is not matching the host's (fortunately, someone who was renting the unit next door give me the actual number, else I would not have been able to contact anyone).

This place has great potential, but it did not feel very clean, unfortunately. We walked in to ants on the counters/sink, bedding had an odor, shower towels & rug felt very worn/smelled musty, and the shower would not drain. If the cleaning was hotel-quality, our stay would have been perfect.

We went and bought a grill to use while there it would be great to have a community grill in each area or pod and maybe a pay for washer and dryer, we came from Casey Key and they had community grills and pay laundry area it works great for those who stay longer

Loved location, loved staff, loved facility, it is our new home away from home. We loved being able to cook, have a eat in kitchen, bathtub shower and separate bedroom. It was soooo quiet the court yard was very nice.

An excellent place to stay. It was only a 5 minute walk to a fabulous beach with fossilised shark teeth! Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella were provided. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, albeit limited on worktop. Sitting room and bedroom were comfortable and relaxing. Bathroom had fluffy towels and a good shower. Beautifully decorated throughout. We loved it.
