I like the fact that the hotel was definitely in a good location, as far as the beach, restaurants and other nice scenic areas

Location is unbeatable in the heart of Waikīkī Staff is friendly Very nice studio decent size and well decorated Bed is very comfy and AC worked very well Nice balcony with chairs and little Pool area is very relaxing

Because of the location, it is always very noisy there, especially on weekend nights.

- Beds felt a little cheap. - Some of the bamboo-esque sink faucets will spray at you if you’re not careful. - Jacuzzi can burn if you’re not careful.

- Staff were very communicative and helpful. We had some issues with Booking.com and the hotel’s system, which made our reservation not show up for a few hours. Yet they still let us access the downstairs amenities so we had a place to put our stuff and generally chill out. Very awesome people! - Pool area was super nice and gorgeous at night. The restaurant has the best fries for 6$ you’ll ever get that are exactly their value, if not more. - In Waikiki and very close to the beach, just a 3 minute walk! - On-theme decor within the lobby and rooms is very cute.

The place is looking tired and needs sprucing. I.e need sofa, bed linen etc.

Staff very pleasant & helpful. Called a head with some questions & eager to answer including looking up a shuttle which would bring us from airport to hotel. Pool area beautiful & enjoyable. Perfect location

Expensive food costs even at the supermarkets

Great proximity to the beach, shops and transport. The pool and setting was great to come back to wash off and relax in a tranquil environment. Night time walk along the shops has a great vibe with all the street artists performing along the footpath as you walk.

The room and furnishings were worn and tired but clean. The tv remote was not working, the technician came immediately to resolve the problem. He did not replace the remote as we were okay to use manual controls. The phone was not working. Coffeemaker needed tweaking to drip properly. Sheets still adequate but a little thin.pillows flat. Common areas somewhat run down and in need of a good scrub. It seems everything could use some refreshing and updating.

The bamboo floors were a definite plus for us. The kitchen facilities were adequate for making simple meals, although tea towels would have been useful. Location was great. There is a bus stop a few steps away which we used to reach some sites, the beach and amenities are within walking distance.

Being charged for room after paid in full to booking.com was refunded money but cost 75 dollars as exchange rate changed Was on road side so could hear noise from street cars buses people Room had a damp smell at times Lacked cooking utensils for a kitchenette Room could be cleaned after a few days but wasn't was there 6 nights Need block out curtains as morning sunlight came through

The parking garage was difficult to get in and out of. I would’ve liked to have had the room cleaned once while we were there. It did not seem like this was offered.

Excellent location. We were close to everything and could walk almost everywhere. We also had a stove, fridge, and eating area in the room.

Housekeeping didn't go to clean the room during my stay. Jara, one of the receptionist, wasnt very friendly and when i asked for something, i felt like I was bothering her.
