Could’ve been cleaner, but it was worth for me because of the location and balcony.

Sea view balcony and easy access to the beach. Came with umbrella and beach chairs. Staff communicated quickly through chat, helped us out when we needed something really quickly. I would stay here again and prefer it much over south beach.

The only improvement I'd recommend is better pillows. The beds and bedding are all very comfortable and clean. Better pillows would make it a 5 star sleeping experience.

Agents from seastay were great with communication and very responsive. The location right on the beach is excellent and proximity to the trolley system made getting around easy.

Outdated bathroom and the hot plate that took more than 20 minutes to make scrambled eggs.

Location was perfect for what we intended to do on the trip. Loved the location for 1) The boardwalk for ease of access to nearby restaurants. 2) The access to the free trolley for a grocery trip 3) The fact that we could just walk over to the beach and 4) The balcony facing the ocean... Beds were comfy. I had a pleasant trip. The café and the store on property were also convenient for us to buy some quick breakfast and some wine.

Wifi stopped working after a few days, and the new Wifi that we were told to connect to was slow. Would be nice to have more paper towels, shower towels, toilet paper, available on the first day. We had to ask for new ones, although they were quickly delivered. Valet service some days was slow, and sometimes traffic would back up during the night.

Location was really good. Quiet during the day and night. Walking distance to the beach and a boardwalk right next to the hotel. The beach is very pleasant and quiet. Hotel is clean and organized. Short drive from several attractions in the city. Safe neighbourhood - we went on a walk at night and felt very safe.

The room was on the street side and quite noisy. There could have been a little more glasses and cups.

The host was very friendly and responsive. We missed a couple of things and they arranged them to us quickly. The location is great, next to the beach. Beach chairs in the unit was a nice bonus. There wasn’t a single bug in our unit.

The cooking utensils were really old and worn out. The Toaster was not working. The host was not reachable, they contacted only if they wanted to communicate, otherwise they never responded.

The view was really good, very comfortable beds and a decent room for the family. Beach access from the building. The building is a bit dated but decent enough. The parking staff were very responsive and good. The security team were also very quick in the verification and registration process.

Unfortunately, during our brief 2 night stay we encountered at least 6 beetle type bugs crawling in the Apartment. The cleanliness could have been better, rooms corners and baseboards had accumulated dirt.

Did not have Breakfast at the Aparthotel. Location and view were excellent. Close to the Pier and beach view was great !

Pool was unavailable due to maintenance work. Kids were very disappointed but thankfully very near the beach.
