Guests did not respect pool hours and stay up late talking/laughing loudly. Our room was right by the pool. Smoking also took place regularly in the pool area.

The property was very clean and so close to El Prada beach park. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated.

The bright LED light on the AC unit made it very difficult to sleep.

Location! Was able to walk to the beach and downtown very easily (~5 minutes). About 8 minute walk to the grocery store. Perfect price for location / amenities. LOVED that they provided beach towels, chairs and umbrella.

Room had a blocked connecting door to room next door, which was not sound proofed so even normal talking could be heard.

Good size room with kitchenette and full facilities. Arrived after reception closed but full instructions provided for easy access to room.

Parking when we arrived was a nightmare. We knew we were going to arrive late (about 10pm) and did get a message through to explain how to get our key etc. However nothing was mentioned about parking so thought it would be ok. However, when we arrived every space was taken. The hotels and the apartments next door have spaces but signs up warning they would tow car away if parked in wrong place. Tried the parking lot close by but very expensive and we had a trip arranged for the next morning so might not have been able to move the car until the afternoon which would have cost around $150! Tried a few car parks but all were extremely expensive. Eventually, we arranged to park the car on a garage forcourt for $7 but was rather stressful after a long day and by the time we got to bed it was gone midnight. We spoke to a lovely young lady the next day to confirm check-in and explained about the parking. She was very apologetic and told me we could get reimbursed for the parking by the owner/manager the next day, so the following afternoon I went to see them, especially as we would be leaving early the next morning before the office opened at 10am. She was not as apologetic and didn't even say sorry for the stress caused but did reimburse me. The office itself is only open very limited times and even when it was supposed to be open we found it closed twice so you are pretty much on your own if something goes wrong.

Location was great! Very close to the beach and to a vibrant restaurant and bar area. The motel even offers free beach chairs and beach towels to borrow. Room nicely decorated and had a fridge and microwave in it which was handy. Pool was great to dip into when hot and area around pool nice with loungers, chairs and a gazebo in case it rains.

There were no vending machines on the property for a quick pop or water. Our room did have a coffee machine and kitchenette.

The property was a block and a half from the beach and conveniently located within 3 to 4 blocks of the city center. The room was very nice nice, large, updated and clean!

smokers all around the pool, which was disgusting. couldn’t enjoy the pool when they were around. we would go in the pool while they went to dinner. these were mostly 65+ people and they were loud and could be heard on site through the night. I was on the ground floor room five next to the pool.
