Great location in Kauai. Beautiful condo and setting, facing the Pacific and gardens, with a walking trail along the coast to the beach park. Easy to get to from airport and towns nearby.

The condo is on one of the most pristine beach areas on the planet earth! Our view was smazing! Facing straight east so we enjoyed sunrises every morning.

The biggest drawback to staying here was all the roosters that kept us up half the night. They crow almost all night long and there are not traditional windows that close to help drown out the noise. We barely got any sleep and had to buy ear plugs, which only helped a little. The apartment was spacious but needs a good deep clean and some updating. The other drawback was the strong sewer smell. There is a water treatment plant a few blocks away and depending on which way the wind blows the sewer smell is really bad. This was a huge disappointment.

The unit was a bit dated, but it was comfortable. The balconies are not private, you can see your neighbor.

Location was on a long stretch of clean beach, not crowded. Short driving distance to restaurants and shops.

Major carpet stains in the master bedroom. Laundry outside of the unit. Place was a tiny bit humid due to no AC, but had fans. Fine for December.

Location was 8 min north of the airport, which was convenient. On the beach, nice for a windy, wintry walk. We could cook, kitchen was well appointed. 2 BR and pull-out couch accommodated our family of 6.

The ocean view was not really an ocean view as I would have expected, I hardly saw the ocean from my ground-floor flat. There was no cleaning during the entire stay (5 days), the floor felt really sandy when I checked in, so I had to put on some shoes to walk around even though you were supposed to not wear any inside. The dishwasher did not work, I let the lady know when checking out, she did not really seem interested.

Very spacious, lots of room, has everything you need for a couple of days stay.

I notice that other coastal resorts have on-site bars and restaurants. It would be great to have similar here. It's nice to be entertained on site rather than always having to drive somewhere.

My partner and I really enjoyed the ocean front room. It was very spacious and had a full kitchen with everything you need. We loved the sun rise every morning - thanks to the roosters' morning calls :)

Single beds are not comfortable

Close to beach and stores.... the single beds we rough to sleep on, needed more towels in bathrooms. It is expensive to use washing facilities as the ones in rooms are locked and can't be used. Over all the Condos were nice.

Lots of trash between the resort and the beach, a little disappointing. We picked up what we could though. AC would have been nice and the pull out couch was dirty with crumbs and other debris. Shower head in the downstairs bathroom was pretty bad as well.

Location was great, we loved being near Lydgate Park and enjoyed walks down the beach. It was nice and quiet as well. Kids LOVED the pool!

The unit had uncomfortable bedding and matress and only a double bed in the "master" room. The carpet was old and the ugliest color I have ever seen. The kitchen appliances worked but were very dated.

The location beach front was excellent aand the uinit was well stocked.

Could've had someone help us with our luggage onto the 2nd floor. We are elderly and it was tough.

The condo was beautiful and spotless. Owner let us check in earlier than what we were supposed to. We had a long night flight from Japan and were tired.

I booked for 6 people and there was only 1 queen size bed and 2 twins. No pull out and our other 2 guests had to stay somewhere else because there was no where for them to sleep.
