Nothing really. I guess parking near room was limited, parking spaces small. Yet, ample parking just a few steps up the small hill at the office.

Ocean view, short walk to Poipu beach, very room and updated review. Had everything needed for a family of four. Still affordable enough for a romantic get away for two.

Beach chairs were both barely serviceable (missing pieces) so we had to sit very carefully. The back bedroom needs blackout blinds or some outside lights need to be redirected or removed - Far too bright in that room, couldn’t escape it!

Tiny kitchen. No dishwasher or counter space. Cabinets and drawers smelled dank and musty. Dryer did not work. Please consider putting in new cabinets and replacing your dryer.

Location and Views were spectacular. The pool was picture perfect. Level entry was a plus for bringing in bags and groceries. The unit itself was in the best location to the parking lot and pool.

Our door lock code stopped working on the last night we were there so we didn't go out the last evening. Office did say we could call them if we were locked out which was nice, but I didn't want to risk being locked out again.

The location and views were amazing, loved the sound of the waves crashing.

I wasn't a fan of the carpeting in our unit or the bed. A newer pillow top mattress and hard floors throughout would easily make this a 10.

Loved the location and ability to watch the turtles from our balcony. Everything you could need for the beach(umbrella, chairs, water shoes, snorkel gear)was in the closet and available to use. Could easily walk to the beach which had decent snorkeling, a great sunset view, and a great spot to watch the turtles come into shore for the evening.

Check in was upsetting and I had to call Booking.com for help. They called what numbers they had for your resort and no one ever picked up to help. No signs anywhere that on a Sat or Sun you are going to receive a text about 10 minutes before 3 pm checkin with the necessary info to check in. We got there at 2:30 to be greeted by a sign on the door that said they were closed on Sat and Sun and we were checking in on a Sat. Another couple was sitting in their car and also totally frustrated trying to figure out how they were going to check in. Extremely frustrating. Communication needs improving. Also, note said in our room that we could come in starting Monday 8-10 am to make our final payment and give required car info. We had an early plane flight to Maui on Monday and were going to be gone by 8 am. I called and someone did finally answer and said I could call in on Monday from airport to make that final payment. Someone needs to be answering those phone calls when people call in on the Sat or Sun-we almost booked something else with booking.com because no one was answering our calls or Booking.com calls. Ghank God our room was so nice-because we were totally frustrated when we walked into our rental and ready to leave.

The parking spaces are very small and can be dangerous. Be mindful when parking and backing out! There is no AC. It was fine for me, but I could see how it may be uncomfortable for others. You’ll want to close the windows at night because the sea is very loud, but this also makes it warmer in the room. There are, however, ceiling fans that cool well.

My friend and I stayed here together. Plenty of space for both of us. We had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is incredible. You can see sea turtles swimming. The beach is directly on the property doesn’t have sand, only rocks, but Brennecke beach is a short 5 minute walk away. There are plenty of other beaches on the island you will want to see, but we were lucky to see sea turtles and a seal at this one. The pool felt great! The staff was very friendly and responded promptly to our requests.

listing gave options for king or queen beds plus 2 twin beds. make sure to screenshot your selections. we selected a king bed and ended up with an extended double bed. somewhere between registering and the invoice the bed size changes. that’s why I rated them a low 7.

Unfortunately, the walk to a decent beach (the poipu park beach and not the little wash, Brennecke's Beach, that doesn't really count in my estimation, was substantial in the summer heat. You will will want to drive to it from the hotel. Also, the hotel does not provide any beach equipment. You will need to rent everything from the Poipu Beach park.

The apartment was spacious and relatively clean. There was sufficient parking. The location on the shore was good. Overall I liked the apartment. The TV was small and there was no air conditioning or fans.

The dishwasher did not appear to function optimally. We found dishes in the cupboard that weren’t especially cleaned and had a soapy residue requiring us to hand wash them prior to use

Amazing water front location, our unit was clean with newer furniture and appliances. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and gear. We had everything we needed.

This was the best condo/townhome we have ever stayed in. It was in pristine condition, lovely decor, a SUPER comfortable bed and plenty of space. Kitchen was fully stocked. Grounds are beautiful, perfect location - 5 minute walk to Poipu beach/Brennecke. We had a deluxe ocean view - 2 story, and sat out on the upper and lower deck for hours every night, watching the waves. Wonderful!!

The unit is very run down. All the furniture, fixtures and cabinets are old, broken down and kind of gross. The unit had only basic cleaning done, for example in the open areas the floor was clean, but if you looked in the corners, the floor was black. Another example, there were 2 wall mounted lamps in the 2nd BR, the mounts were all rusty and the lamp shades were filthy.

The balcony and location was wonderful! Absolutely a perfect 10!
