Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaLOL..the stairs to our Fremont room. Just showing our age.
For those looking to disconnect and reconnect, this is your place. Nestled in the canyon walls, beautiful views and wildlife to enjoy... not sure any place near Moab can offer as much. Breakfast was fantastic, and the Innkeepers were a joy to chat with. Fremont was the perfect spot for us. Yes it's a drive from town but what a gorgeous drive it is.

Canadait was complicated to find, and much farther from the town that we expected. We were simply traveling through on a long trip, so found ourselves a bit frustrated when searching for the B&B, first needing directions from the tourist spot in town, then missing the route once we were in the small community, so drove miles further than necessary.
Breakfast very nice, but not planned for a vegetarian.

United KingdomBasement suite would have benefittted from a separate sink to wash up and fill water bottles. Otherwise really wonderful.
Stunning location surrounded by cliffs and amazing views. So very peaceful. Wonderful sunrises sunsets and stars. Half an hour from Moab but well worth the drive to be outside of town. Road is good to get there. Great that breakfast was included. Scott has very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and happy to give advice and recommendations. They provided an alternative breakfast for our youngest child who is a fussy eater. Lounge area in the main house open to guests complete with board games. We were in the basement suite and were very grateful for a private space with two rooms and lounge area.

Great location outside the city of Moab. Good breakfast. Close to Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point.

United States of AmericaWe didn't mind (in fact, we enjoyed) being isolated at the Inn (it's about 20 miles to Moab), but our first night, we arrived after dinner hour... HUNGRY! There was ONLY ONE restaurant nearby... Marta contacted them to ensure they were still serving... they were, and the meal was great!
MARTA!!! Our host, Marta, was wonderful. Very engaging and always willing to help... and her breakfasts were delicious! Our room was spacious and comfortable (and my wife said the hot tub was glorious!), and the drive to the Inn along The River, as well as the surrounding area, were magnificent!

United States of AmericaQuite far of a drive out of Moab, especially at night.
Loved the place and the breakfast. And we loved having a hot tub to use and the family room for playing games. The scenery, including deer and turkeys, was gorgeous!

United States of AmericaI had the room with the (private) bathroom down the hall. It worked out OK, but was not ideal.
Very comfortable and relaxing, and the breakfasts were superb! I loved the sense of isolation. Very low-key and informal. Wild turkeys and deer wander through the property, surrounded by magnificent scenery. We were also there for the annular solar eclipse, which was spectacular!

United States of AmericaThe facility itself is very nice, but it isn't over the top (which we kind of expected at these prices).
Our hosts were very friendly and gracious. They were flexible about our arrival timing, and helpful when we arrived. There was also flexibility about breakfast, and the breakfasts they provided were very good. A highlight for us was spending some time in the hot tub one evening with an outstanding view of the stars - that was a very special experience!

GermanyScott was incredibly welcoming and attentive host! Even tho he was at the time alone on the property and had lots of work (and guests), he always took his time to give us advice and local tips. He even borrowed us tools we needed for our jeep as well as guidebook for tours. Much appreciated! The property is sooooo lovely and you get a fresh! breakfast served in the patio with a view! In the morning there‘s a lot of deers to be seen drom the room window, just roaming around and enjoying the apples :) Hummingbirds are also lovely to watch (and listen to). Place is very serene in the morning. Oh, and I forgot to mention fresh, cool and tasty tap water. If one can even complain about it, bed was too soft for our taste, but that was true for literally every place we stayed at un US, so it seems to be a standard there, that we’re just not used to. It didn’t make the vacation less enjoyable, just an interesting observation. To summ it up: We can highly recommend this place, and we really look forward coming back! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!

SingaporeWe had a cabin and it was amazing. The location, the views, the garden. Very good to sit outside after long hikes and relax. Have apple and peach trees in the garden. Closest supermarket is in Moab which is 30-35 min drive. The owner is a great guy! They have a dog on the premises which is very friendly.
