You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americait needs a deep clean—I did not take anything out of my suitcase. The carpet is really dirty, be sure to wear flip flops. It smells of urine. The bed was a step above sleeping on the floor. The sofa was stained and nasty.

United States of AmericaDon’t really want to give bad reviews. I got what I paid for and I knew that going in. But for others, see below *Remote had dead batteries, so could only watch 1 channel. It was late and we didn’t feel the need to ask for more. Second TV we couldn’t get to turn on *Room was non smoking- but smelled like smoke *Light in the front area kept randomly turning on during the night *Stains on carpet and stool *Blanket on king bed was very thin *Sofa bed mattress- could feel the springs before even laying down and it only had a sheet- no blanket Again- I knew what I was getting ahead of time. We just needed a place to sleep and that’s it. It served its purpose.

United States of AmericaThe room was dirty, they did have new bedding and somewhat clean bathroom but the floors look like they’ve never met a vacuum half the lights were flickering and wouldn’t turn on half the time. the bathroom doorknob was broken almost completely off to the point you couldn’t close door all the way and bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper. I could tell they only clean the basic things in rooms because we found earbuds someone left in a drawer and a condom behind nightstand and cigarettes under the desk next to bed. Overall very disappointing and definitely not worth what they charge there are better motels at a cheaper prices in the same town.
I liked the location and staff, the bed was semi comfortable.

Staff didn't realize we checked in and tried to come into the room. Said manager told her we hadn't checked in yet. This was after 8pm. Just very run down, needs updating and cleaning.
