United States of AmericaThe floor of my room was really in need of replacement. There was clearly signs of careless attention to it. Which was probably results of the shower step in facing toward outside of the shower box area causing literally a flood every shower. I think it was a bit over price for the attention and maintenance.
It was simple and humble. Having a restaurant in the lobby really makes it easy as I was there for work. The pool was very nice as well. The bed was very comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe cleanliness is not the greatest. It has an odor to it that smells old. It needs to be updated. My first night there the thermostat was 755 and it was 79° in the room all night. and for what they charge you thought you could’ve put a backing on the remote so duct taping it together and then the remote don’t work my second night there I couldn’t even watch TV because the remote didn’t work
What I did like is that it’s convenient to the restaurant and that it’s right in the middle of South Beach, which is great because you can walk the strip or you can walk straight across the beach

United States of AmericaThe cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired. The sheets had black mold spots on them as well as brown stains, not sure if they were makeup/food stains. The floor looked as if it had not been cleaned/mopped in a long time. We were too grossed out to walk barefoot so kept our shoes on the entire time. Our room was on the left side of the hotel next to an alley and every morning we were woken up by loud sounds. The rooftop pool is located in the hotel next door, however the pool water was also questionable. It had a lot of debris.
The location was great, a block away from the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

United States of AmericaThe hotel owns the two restaurants on either side of it and to access the pools you needed to walk through them. It was uncomfortable walking through a full restaurant with your pool stuff. Also WiFi was slow, so slow the smart tv in the room couldn’t load our Netflix movie, we tried multiple nights.
Property was one block back from the beach, which was an easy walk. We also really liked the two pools on the property, one is a rooftop pool which got lots of sun and the other is more shaded if you need that. There was lots of bars and restaurants very close.

United States of AmericaWe traveled with friends, so we booked two rooms together, they did not put us together, and the two rooms were very different. Our room was lovely while their room was not we had to ask for towels, a garbage can, an ice bucket, a safe, and a phone. we did request a room change, but there was no rooms available since the entire place was full, depending who’s at the desk we were either pleased or not pleased. One lady was nasty. The other one was lovely. It was a very bipolar experience.
The location is amazing, it’s walking distance to anything on Collins Avenue or Lincoln Road. The resort itself is pleasant and comfortable and you have all the basic amenities you need.

They do not take your luggage. They ask for money if you want to drop your luggage for 1-2 hours when you are checking in to room. Rooms air conditioner is old and creating sound Hotels restaurants are adding unnecessary service charges and tip to the bill They will give you the worst room probably. They reserve the best room and even though it is available they don't give it.

TurkeyThey are reluctant to give the rooms with street view. Even though I highlighted I want a room with street view they say they were full and actually then I have figured out there were some available rooms. They do not accept luggages during check-in time. You either have to wait with your luggage until check-in or you can pay for it which is a shame. The air condition in the room creates a crazy sound during the night. The equipment is very old. Do not eat at the hotel's restaurants if you care about value for money. After what you order they add at least %30 to the bill for tip & service related expenses.

United States of AmericaNot very clean, bad humid smell. Our room door didn’t close properly, appeared open from the bottom even when locked. We booked a “Suite”, we weren’t provided a trash bin or anywhere to throw trash away. Two of our pillows were dirty, we were given two hand towels, two shower towels and no shower mat or anything of that sort. Both pool areas and pools were dirty, including the lounger I could bet they’ve never been cleaned. I called the front desk 3 times, no answer. We were there for one night, check in was at 3pm so I wasn’t going to waste my time trying to get a hold of someone to replace our pillow cases or get us a trash bin. So we figured it out and made it work with out two pillows of four pillows. When checking out, I let the front desk know. All she said was “thank you for letting me know”… the most I was excepting was an apology. So in my opinion, I don’t recommend. The accessibility to the beach and restaurants can be found as well at other hotels down the strip.
