The sheets, blankets and pillow cases in the room all had some kind of stains on them... They didn't smell dirty and I know stains can be super hard to get out sometimes but they just looked a little dirty. It still didn't stop us from having a good time but I can see how it would put people off.

The inn is in a beautiful location hidden away from the hustle and bustle of daily tourist but only a 10 min walk away or a 2 min shuttle which the inn provides. The restaurant at the hotel was sooo wonderful!! The food and drinks were delicious and the staff has such a great energy!!!

I have spent half as much for better accommodations at at other locations. The costs were expected due to the location.

The room was smaller than I expected, but the space was comfortable for the short time I was there.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room and bathroom could use some TLC.

The staff was super friendly. The free shuttle service into town and boat terminal was fantastic! The friendliest drivers!

staff wanted us out immediately. they had no problems place to store bags. would not give us a late check out. we were on an island waiting for a ferry at 7 pm. wanted us out at 11.

It is a little far from the cuty, but bot as far as I thought. Very sad they dont have the jacuzzi running!

The room was great, we liked that there is a pool and restaurant on site. Beautiful property.

Hotel needs a few minor structure updates.

The property was about 10 min walking distance from the shops and restaurants. There is a shuttle that provides a ride to Main Street. We were grateful The hotel was able to provide a room earlier than check in time.

when we got there, one of the the bed mattresses had been urinated on by a previous guest and there was a terrible smell in the room. the hotel front desk staff didn’t seem very apologetic and they didn’t even offer a discount or anything to make things right. The cleaning staff were more apologetic and accommodating. they did however give us a new room and we were able to move past the bad first impression.

the pool and the restaurant were great. it was close to the downtown area and the shuttle service was a great addition.

There were loud spring breakers there partying into the morning. The front desk would not answer their phone or do anything about it. They were curt (at best) the next morning.

The property was beautiful. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was closed.

Hard to get up the hill multiple times. Room lacked some traditional amenities like no pen or paper, no door sign, no book with local attractions. Though identified as dog friendly, there really wasn't any place to walk the dog ,no grass or anything like that.

Staff was very friendly. Layout was very cute. Room was large. Happy to have a fridge.

We Where only sad that there was no Jacuzzi of available. And that the restaurant was not open for our breakfast before we left it didn’t open up until 3 PM.

The drivers to property were excellent the property was beautiful. The House cleaners never bothered us when we were a few minutes late leaving they were not loud when cleaning nearby . We loved the room and property

Hotel was up on the hill. Without the shuttle or go cart....it will be hard to get back to the hotel.

Bartender was amazing. We enjoyed the drinks. The room was clean. We also enjoyed the free shuttle.

with covid wish we had housekeeping asked for a new comforter but never received one.

I liked they have their own shuttle from the ferry and also to take you to down town which helped us a lot. There is also a restaurant within the hotel which had very good blended mango margaritas were soooooooooooooo good.

the view was amazing, and they have shuttles that take you from the hotel to the plaza which was nice.
