not much to complain but small details : -nothing to hang the towels. -Windows blinds not really blinding the morning light.

GREAT stay at this place. Very close to the seashore : only a road to cross. Very nice personel : although they weren't speaking English very well, they were very accomodating : they even borrowed us umbrellas and bodyboards. Appreciated to be allowed to use the BBQ for free and a brasero for chilly nights. that was great ! Nice pool area. Kitchen sufficiently equiped. Everything was clean and functional. Well located : calm and far from the crowds but not too far : 10 minutes drive to pier park for example.

The shower was horrible made a huge mess when you took a shower only because water got everywhere. There is nothing stopping the water from getting out of the stand up shower. The shower curtain should be longer at the very least to touch the floor or there should be a lip you step over to get in the shower to keep the water in the shower. Which again would not be to big of a problem if they have out towels everyday you could just put towels down but they don’t. You only get very few towels and you have to use them the whole time unless your staying I guess passed 3 days. Other than that the place was great!! It could have been a little cleaner but it was not dirty.

It was in a great location! Not to close to all the commotion but not to far away if you wanted to be part of it. It was right across from the beach. Very easy to walk from the room to the beach even with children. They are pet friendly so I was able to have my pup with us and she also got to enjoy the beach.

Small room, but for the price and amenities we weren’t phased

Location. Directly across the street from the beach. Kitchen was a bonus but the table they have in there is to big. They also supply boogie boards and umbrellas to use as well. Easy check in, clean room for what the price is. Will definitely be back to rent the family condo they have upstairs.

The rooms that directly face the sun could use some blackout curtains and the bathrooms do not have any place to hang towels other than the shower curtain rod...bathrooms could use some towel racks.

We love the location, property is clean. The place is just the right size and I love the fact it doesn't cost an entire month's salary to rent.

Bathroom was dirty. HAIR in the shower. NO bar soap in bathroom?! Had to use dish soap to bathe. With the cleaning fees not included on the booking site, it is not a “motel rate”. Motels don’t charge cleaning fees. This property should be listed as a condo not a motel or the cleaning fee should be rate should be added to the rate up front. Deceptive in my opinion.

no staff so if you’re needing help with something i feel it’d be more difficult getting it. my bf and I are pretty low maintenance and didn’t need help for anything so unsure on the responsiveness of the place but i think you can reach out thru email or text? beds were NOT comfortable.

enjoyed the privacy, the room actually looked better and more updated compared to the photos. had an oven with all the necessary pots/pans and cutlery which i wish would’ve been mentioned in description bc i would’ve brought food, ended up buying groceries at publix to save on eating out expenses. the pool was nice but definitely need pool lights. the rooftop deck was cool to hang out on and ofcourse the beach right across the street was perfect! bathrooms were nice and liked the standing shower.

Hard to say anything bad, but if I had to say one thing, it would be the dishes. Minor issue. I brought my crock pot, griddle, and knives.

There is absolutely zero staff at night and no main office which is unheard of(Doesn't have to be looked at as bad, just different). The only problem with the room, which I'm highly upset about, my LG A/C room climate control had a very large amount of gunk on fan with no filter...

It is a Mama and Papa owned hotel, designed exactly how a hotel should be, it was very private because of dividers on every porch!! It was fully furnished with every kitchen utensil needed, every type of pan, bowl, cup, and a nice amount of ground coffee with filters.

There is no staff available, it would’ve been nice to have a key to the door facing the parking lot instead we had to go thru the pool area every time we arrived to get in the room or have my child run to open the door from the parking lot side to let the rest of us in. The floors were full of sand but that may be impossible to get all up. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the fan on.

The property is directly across street from beach with an easy access to beach which was a plus for me. Quiet at nights!

For the purpose of renovations, the office was closed so I was contacting through text message. When I had a problem and texted the office, the replies were slow.

The location of the house was good. It was really easy to get to the beach. It was not crowded.
