Extremely clean it was actually pretty nice. It turned it out and turned. I thought it was going to be rough. I didn’t have very good start, but then it turned out really good.

Location near the Hard Rock Casino, Walmart, a lot of restaurants, and gas stations, bed was not bad, everything was good, and Jay was nice.

Wake up service Breakfast

The only complaint I have is the older lady up front, that apparently only works weekend nights, was rude. And not just to me and my companions, but to other people also checking in that we observed. She kept trying to run my debit card like a credit card in the tap to pay and wouldn't let me enter my pin. She said "Ive never had to do that before" and I tried to tell her my debit card won't run like credit with tap to pay. Finally she used it by inserting a chip and told me if it denied again she would just have to cancel my room. When she inserted the chip she entered more numbers (I don't know like a pin?) And of course it denied. She then acted like she just had to cancel everything and I told her I would go to an ATM and get cash and she just said I guess so. While I went to ATM my companions observed her denying to accommodate an elderly man a bottom floor room. Told him he would have to cancel on booking com. Another person wanted the shuttle to the Hard rock Casino notified they were waiting and was told to just wait outside they eventually just come by (which they don't). When I came back with the cash she reluctantly handed me my room cards. One room key wasn't even programmed and had to go back and get that fixed. That was horrible customer service. Her attitude should never be at a time when you have that many people checking in at a time when we've all been traveling for hours and just looking to relax a minute off the road. She doesn't belong in that area of work

This is my second visit to the area and second time using this motel. The rooms are really nice. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure is skin peeling awesome. .

only one of our key cards worked for our room. our room was right at the top of the stairs so we heard people going up and down them.

The owner was very rude to me when I asked a question about early check-in and the bathtub still had some hairs in it even after it had been “cleaned”.

It was close to where I needed to be all weekend.
