Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wi-fi signal was weak and intermittent during bad weather, transfer rate was slow (unable to stream audio or video). Walls were very thin, some guests were loud and rude, one attempted to access my vehicle.
Location was convenient to trails and highways, the manager was pleasant and responsive.

Needs maintenance. We had no heat. Pool looks like it has been empty for years. Electric sockets are worn and chargers wouldn't stay plugged in. But it was clean.
It is what you expect for the price... it works for a place to sleep. Rooms have a fridge.

The bathroom, especially the tub, was not clean. The white towels were grey, there were spider webs near the sink, and the heat did not work at first.
This was one of the most disappointing places we have ever stayed in. When we arrived the Inn Keeper asked for my drivers license & he took a photo copy of it and said he was keeping it for his records. Ah, no you are not. I asked for the reason and he could not really give me one. It was dirty, the door hardly locked, no dead bolt, and the door handle didn't work that well and it was hard for me to get out of the room, which panicked me. The heat didn't work and it was very cold! I did go talk to the Inn Keeper and he was able to get the heat working but then our place smelled like dust! When we arrived the smell of air freshener was overpowering!! I can tell these folks are trying but the place needs some love.

Swimming pool is not in operation and doesn't look like it has been in years,the beds need new mattress there very un comfortable, also the rooms need overhauled,new carpet is needed and painted,it just needs cleaned up and modernized, wouldn't take a lot to make it happen

We felt like we were camping with a little extra. It was a cabin and worked well for us and the shower and bedding was clean. It had a refrigerator, a microwave, a TV and WFII. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and dog friendly.

Grounds and rooms plus the cabins.. not up to complete satisfaction.. they were ok..
People and staff very nice.. rooms were OK but nothing like I was expecting.. they had a smell to them .. I'm guessing is because of keeping thermostat off when not occupied.. The website is misleading with the pictures they show.. it's not current.. the cabins I was not happy or impressed with at all.. needs ALOT MORE TLC done to the place..

There was no breakfast. The charge was higher than what Booking.com said it would be. The room was outdated and the grounds were full of unsafe children's playground equipment. The fire extinguisher was extremely rusty and so was the metal and glass case it was in. The inspection tag was up to date, but considering how the extinguisher looked, I wondered if the tag was fake.
Shower worked fine, bedlinen was clean and also the towels. Tv worked fine.

Taps hanging out of the wall in the shower. Needed to run hot tap only for several minutes to get warm water. Dirty shower and room. Noisy by road. Smelled of cigarettes. Couldn’t open one window as no fly screen.

Worn out carpets
The owner was really nice and enjoyed chatting with others staying there. The deli across the street and pony rides nearby were a real bonus. The pool resembled a pond .

my next door guests (4-6) had a loud party all night - with shouting duels (all drunk) - and since there is no 24/7 reception - especially during nights there is nobody to call for help.

Couldn't make the TV work...lamp plug beside had tape on the plug,looked like a fire waiting to happen..location and wiring to the refrigerator was sketchie... sheets on bed not fresh..generally the room looked like section 8 housing

Our room smelled a strong musty smell and seen a small cocktoach scurry under a bed. After sleeping there the next day I had 4 red bug bites on my arm. Out dated rooms.

I have stayed at this motel before and the place seems to have gone downhill. Room could use many repairs, the pool was empty (though the site advertises a pool), and it was a good $60-70 more expensive than in previous years. I will not stay there again. It is a basic roadside motel; I was not expecting a fancy resort, but the room was just depressing. And the price was outrageous.
