Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Far drive to other destinations. The whole suite was mostly well cleaned, except several random hairs in both bathrooms.
Beautiful location. Comfortable beds. Fireplace. Spacious. Full kitchen. Friendly staff. Amazing pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Nothing to say in this department. Just remember to stop at a grocery store in town if you are staying in a room with a kitchen… its a little limited once your up by the resort but they also have restaurants if you are not trying to cook. 😉
Property had everything and more! Family and I had a great time and even extended our stay an extra night. The resort offers great amenities, like indoor pool, jacuzzi. Wet and dry saunas, game room, family room, fitness center… list goes on and on. Very friendly staff and also informative about the town and areas around. We already booked for further dates.

Limited parking spaces in the parking structure. Not big deal if you plan to walk or take the shuttle to the ski lift.
The room is remodeled, spacious, and immaculate with a small kitchen. What more can you ask for given the price? Nice pool, saunua, steam room, and jacuzzis. You can walk to the lift.

The resort itself was travel worn.
The location of Cedar Breaks Lodge was excellent. The spa area was spacious and I loved that the two hot tubs were working along with the dry and wet sauna! The pool was refreshing. The dinner at the lodge was very delicious, and the hospitality all around was excellent.

Loved everything
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We forgot a charging cable and they graciously let us borrow one. The two hot tubs and sauna are great. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We will stay here every time we visit!

They need more outlets by the bed lamps.
The staff was so genuinely nice and welcoming! They were very quick to accommodate all of our requests. I also liked the gameroom, the library and the pool. It is a very "kid and family friendly" resort.

Some of the common areas are cluttered and unclean. Parking spaces are tight. We reserved a two-bedroom to have more space for our family - the sleeping quarters were ample but the living room and kitchen layout were narrow and not very comfortable or roomy.
Exceptional value and nice facilities - especially the hot tub and indoor pool. The lodge is located close to the ski lifts and makes for a smooth transition to jump in the hot tub after a rigorous day skiing on excellent snow.

From the disadvantages only the lack of breakfast in the hotel, snacks are better to take with you. Otherwise we were very satisfied and will come back again.
It's an incredible place. Underground parking, friendly and helpful staff, very tasty restaurant. We arrived very early but we were checked in at no extra charge. The spa area is large and cozy (if you don't have a lot of kids running in).

Your website should have better pictures on it. Doesn’t do it justice. Our rooms were very warm, too warm! Warm is good but it was hot. Not good for sleeping.
We had the two bedroom and it was perfect for our family of 5! Loved having all the room and privacy and kitchen and family room.
