We were on the 4th floor, the highest one. During the night we could hear someone walking directly above us. This happened both nights we stayed. Someone must have been in the attic. On the last night I got up in the night and noticed there was a dim light coming from my cell phone. I picked it up and it was very HOT! The battery was charged before we went to bed. When I picked it up the battery was only 13 % charged. I think someone was downloading something on my phone. I was current on all the software updates before this happened.

The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good: scrambled or hard-boiled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, English muffins, oatmeal, dry cereals, bananas, blueberry muffins, etc. Nice large shower.

My room, 207, smelled of cigarette smoke. It was immediately noticeable to my grandsons and myself upon entering room.

Staff were all very nice. Young man at front desk went and talked to group using foul language in lobby which I appreciated.

with a full hotel, the breakfast staff was unprepared to handle the large amount of guest. had to wait for eggs and sausage and then the amount they put out was very small amount enough for 4 people.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Makes for a long weekend when sleep is not a good one. I paid good money to have an uncomfortable bed.

We were not advised the rooms would not have linen service. Had to take towels downstairs for exchange every morning. No trash can liners. The last day I was advised to put trash in hallway for pickup. My second room had no working ac do my friend was switched to another floor where he had no bathroom lights for two days,

Practically non existent. The first day there were bagels and English muffins. Breakfast during the week was coffee, juice, yogurt and cereal. The bagels and muffins did not appear again until Saturday and Sunday when there was also eggs and sausage/bacon.

This was everything that we look for when we stay at a hotel. The rooms were nicely appointed and had everything the way we like it. The pool was well maintained. The breakfast was awesome. And being able to read a newspaper was a refreshing touch.

You pool was down waiting on a part I was told. I was also told that the pool had been down since January from another guest.The second day we returned to our room it hadn’t been cleaned, no fresh towels or wash cloths we were out of toilet paper. I called front counter and was told that no one was there to be able to bring to the room.

The staff continued to lie to myself and my guests about the pool opening back up. They told me they would bring items up to the room and never did, so I had to go the items myself. One of the staff was asleep in the back room.

I didn't care for the lack of service during the stay. When needed items and never received them I had to get them myself. The amenities listed were not true and we were lied to about the pool situation. We stayed 3 nights and everyday we were told it would be open the next day. They have no intentions of opening it. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!
