Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was subpar at best. The eggs were crunchy, like someone left eggshells in them. There was very basic creamer for coffee, no flavors, no cold options.

Poore WiFi hot spot to be upgraded by fiber cable soon.
Very friendly, great service. Secure location enabled by security cameras. Near bed USB chargers, great complimentary continental breakfast. Very comfortable new bed, great place to stay one night.

It's a little dated and kitch but there is a welcoming feel to it all.
As everyone else mentions, the breakfast was ample and good and we sat in a cozy room in the lobby. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was efficient and friendly.

This is not a fault of the hotel, but there was an argumentative customer in the parking lot that created some noise.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast the next morning was good with lots of options. It is conveniently located right off the freeway.

Staff was extremely helpful. We were only staying one night in December as we were traveling across country. He helped with the road conditions in the morning. If I was vacationing in this area I would not stay at a hotel/motel in this area but it suited our needs this time perfectly.

It was perfect for what we needed which was a stop on the way to somewhere else.
The staff was very friendly, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast was top notch! We were told that they even make a Thanksgiving meal and a Christmas eve meal for all their guests on those nights who aren't with family. Cool!

Rooms are a little small and tired.
Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. The breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs were made with real eggs, not a powered substitute. Tasty sausages, hash browns, and even steamed veggies as well as many cold options. The selection of breakfast items was extensive. Breakfast area was very nice and clean. Our dog was welcomed. We were given an easily accessible room. Lots of areas to walk dogs.

Older and dated. That’s it. All else is solid!
Doesn’t compare to luxury hotels in big cities but for the price I would say this is a great place! Breakfast was outstanding! Staff was friendly. Need a place to sleep? This is great!

The breakfast was excellent. We had biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. They had waffles to cook and were interested but full from the other. Took a breakfast bar and apple with us for my grandchild and she really liked that. They accommodated my need for a ground floor room and made it a handicapped room. Effortless. Very kind staff. Room was near and entrance door. They had a laundry if I needed it. Best accommodation in a long time and reasonably priced. Very happy will my stay.

Stayed here several times. And will stay here again. Great place for a decent price. For this level of stay Days Inn in Ritzville has the best breakfast with real plates and silverware. Our room was clean. Mattresses have fully zipped bed bug protectors, etc. We planned our trip with stopping here as part of the plan.

The air conditioner stopped working during the night. There was no electrical outlet near the desk. Logging into the Internet service took more than an hour; the telephone number provided for assistance was useless because the telephone, despite the accompanying instructions, could not be used for placing calls.
The bed was comfortable; I slept well. The room came with an easy chair and a refrigerator. Best of all was the breakfast, which included five cooked dishes and a variety of other offerings.
