We had a first floor room and could hear the people walking around above us.

The view was excellent. We had balcony overlooking Oak Creek and had a view of Snoopy Rock. The staff was also very friends and accommodating. They had helpful suggestions for places to hike and places to eat. The location was central to many hiking and eating locations as well.

I would have given this hotel a 10 but the room itself needs a major redesign. There was no chest of drawers so all of our clothes were on 2 open shelves in an armoire so our clothes were disorganized the whole trip. Very annoying. Secondly our bathroom was so small that upon entering it was difficult to shut the door. Therefore the sink was located outside the bathroom. Who designed this?

The room view was beautiful. We stayed on the Oak Creek side and the balcony was great.

Great location, incredible views of mountains and landscape of town. The view from balcony is Snoopy laying down on his back. The staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend cedar resort.

We did not like the, shower, unable to adjust shower head, no microwave in room.

Location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Love the view from the balcony and the creek below!

Needs updating. Shower floor is permanently discolored. Refrigerator is missing shelves.

Ice machine needs to be on every floor. Not just one in the lobby. Need Microwaves in the room. The 80 steps down to the creek need to be safer. Need elevators for elderly people in the hotel. Elevator to the pool area.

View was spectacular. View of Cathedral Rock Mountain (I think that is what it was.) and Oak Creek at the same time from balcony. Very clean. Very Comfortable. Need Microwaves in the room. Loved the Giant Chess board.

Cedar Resort is the most beautiful location and in walking distance from everything that I needed. But - it is very noisy. I woke up every morning at 5.30 when the guest above me woke up. The steps on the floor - the VERY squeaky floor, the very noisy water installations. I know exactly how long it took to walk across the floor to the bathroom, how long it took for the guest to go to the bathroom, how long they were in the shower etc. - in total very noisy. That is the only minus I have.

I was not able to take a bath because the tub was not clean. I could rub my finger on the tub wall and noticeable smear dirt right off, and their was hair still in the tub.

I love the location. The views were beautiful too and the garden was a great place to look at the night sky.

Had to find place to eat off site. Restaurants had long wait lines in eve. Had to cross busy street not many crosswalks. Strange for a town of tourists.

No cafe, so no breakfast offered. Really would have appreciated and used an on site place to eat. Loved short creek walk and a beautiful morning view. Pool and jacuzzi looked nice but did not use because of short stay

Cedars Resort is a short walk to the centre of Sedona and is close to a number of restaurants. Our room was huge and quiet, despite being close to the main road. Unfortunately we only stayed one night and arrived when dark so we were unable to make the most of the facilities.

The only slight negative we experienced was the manner of the guy who we met at reception on arrival …. He made us feel unwelcome!

Room fulfilled our needs after a long drive, we could just freshen up and go straight to a comfy bed :) Staff at check in was very kind and we got an upgrade! No meals but restaurants and cafe at walking distance.

I wanted the fridge to be a little bigger. Wifi spotty but overall fine.

I LOVED that there was no unwanted surprise at check-in, no surprise holds on a credit card -- what a pleasant arrival. I also LOVED the view, the comfortable bed, lovely extra touches and the overall feel to the place

Overpriced for what could be described as a very basic motel. Staff volunteered no information on how to access creek or garden area. Not sure they would have provided map if we hadn't asked for specific information. Requested maid service on second day, but did not receive service. We had to obtain shampoo and coffee from maid cart outside another room. No guide for TV, staff could not tell you what number for any channel, you just sort of press numbers on remote and see what comes up. Parking can get tight in evening.

Beautiful view of mountains from our balcony. Good, central location for uptown as well as West Sedona. Nice pool and spa area. You can walk down a somewhat rugged set of stairs to a very nice area right on Oak Creek. Stairs could be difficult for older guests. Lovely outdoor sitting area, if you discover it.
