    The property is lovely but could be even better with some TLC…paint touch ups, carpet & dining chair cleaning.

    Very nice accommodations & great location in Incline Village. Property was very nice & spacious for the four of us. Property could use some TLC (e.g. carpet cleaning). The toughest part was being there during a heat wave and there was no AC but that is common in the area). We had a good time

    Misrepresentation by Vacasa on property amenities, NO POOL OR PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS!

    DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY WITHOUT READING THIS FIRST. NO POOL OR PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS! We found out the hard way when my family and I were turned away from Burnt Cedar beach for not having a beach pass. Vacasa's response on the pool and private beach access was that "the pool and beach were not open due to Covid" and it's "only available to owners" so there's clear misrepresentation by Vacasa as the beach/pool was open and these amenities are stated in the property listing. We tried to get our money back after checking in but the property manager was not willing to refund us. They only gave us back 10% of what we paid for the vacation and we found that insulting as we vacated the property after only one night. I would have expected more from Vacasa and the property manager but we paid the price here and are hoping that other travelers can avoid what we went through! Lastly, I would mention that the unit does not have A/C and the interior rugs were quite filthy and need to be replaced.

    Booking.com promoted this property as having access to the beach and a pool. This is actually not the case. It was on a busy road, noisy at night and in the morning and there was no access to the beach or the pool. I feel the price should be significantly lower given this.
