A covered area with seating outside for smoking would have made the stay just that much more comfortable. Instructions for late check-in could also be better handled and clearer. More parking also would be nice but no idea how that could be accomplished.

The two sisters that took care of us where a pure joy to get to know and have serving us. Breakfast was wonderful and the environment in the house was calm and peaceful. Scott the handyman was very pleasant and hard working with a smile always on his face.

I liked the friendly, pleasant, smiley, helpful staff and nice friendly and quick good service from the staff. I also liked the breakfast and so healthy and so good tasting and very quickly served. The room was very suited for me alone, liked the location of my room and very well cleaned and organized. I also like the location of this bed and breakfast, nicely clean as well from the outside and inside.

The welcoming smiles on Jess and the staff were a relief after our long drive for our first visit to St. Augustine. They made us feel at home right away. The breakfast’s were excellent and they helped us arrange a trolly tour with a Discount! Great location (close to everything) great bed, great hosts, a fair price… and free parking.

Great location close to everything. Room was comfortable and clean. When we checked in Jess greeted us with enthusiasm. She was so helpful, friendly, and polite. She is definitely a huge asset to the Inn. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We would recommend staying at this Inn. You will have a great stay.

Unfortunately we didn’t realize it was the start of Bike Week.. the sounds of the motorcycles were like rolling thunder all day. But that is absolutely no fault of the Inns!

The Inn as well as the staff was superb!!! The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The main parlor was full of an assortment of fresh baked cookies… fruit .. water .. sodas.. coffee .. teas .. and wine!! Also had board games to enjoy on your down time. They had nice added touches like fresh lavender sachets to take home and aromatherapy towels to wash your hands. Every extra you can think of was there!! The room was adorable and clean. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. And the location was perfect to see everything by foot!! We would definitely recommend this place to all !!
