Our third stay and we always get the garden and rooftop side, which may be cheaper, but Friday and Saturday nights are pretty loud as the rooms on that side overlook several bars with music. Also being a cash-less establishment when we went to check out there is no cash on hand to make change to tip the parking attendants who were great.

Great location and comfortable beds. Plenty of room and great shower. Nice bar with excellent food and our bartender was very friendly.

Everything it was beautifully decorated. The room was amazing with great amenities on site. It was walkable to anything shopping, restaurants etc. The restaurant on site was delicious. I would stay again and definitely book a spa treatment.

The location was perfect. A 15 minute walk from the train station in the heart of Downtown. The layout of the room was great. Lots of space dedicated to the bathroom/shower/dressing area. The hotel was modern/rustic with clean lines that were pleasing to the eye. Very quiet. Good food at the in-house restaurant. Did not get a chance to use the pool but very pretty area. The gym was well equipped

Great location in central SLO. Quick walk to shops, restaurants--right outside the door. Beautiful property with comfortable room and nice common spaces. Valet parking was convenient and efficient.

If the restaurant was better I would give my stay top marks. The dinner and breakfast were disappointing to say the least. Service was good.

No much, I mean maybe the pool could have been a bit longer for swimming. The Gym was very hard to find and they must put up a sign to show its a right by the pool. A larger water carrier for the water dispenser in the hallway would have been good too.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Flat out very well done. From the moment you arrive in the car, easy to find park up with great staff. Big rooms with modern feel, amazing roof pool and bar with 100% best location centrally. Highly recommend you stay its a proper hotel. + check out the sushi place in the market one of the best... + the local craft beer bar is amazing... just 5 mins walk away.

We went to the rooftop bar upon checkin, the young man tending bar was brand new and he was awesome! The girl training him however sat at the bar and read a book never coming to our table to ask if we needed anything, I had to go to the bar to order the drinks and food, not realizing she worked there. Gym lacked cleanliness. My husband felt there was a lot of noise from the bar that kept him awake.

I loved the location of the hotel, I thought it was a really pretty place and the service at chackin and any encounters with the desk were excellent.

There was a slight smoky odor in the hallway from the restaurant below. Thankfully it was not in the rooms.

The town is beautiful and the hotel has a great location.

We loved our room but found the shower not to our liking. everywhere water and slippery floor. A little too tech for people a little older. The staff were excellent from the garage to the desk to the restaurant. The food was great too. I would definitely stay there, again.

Awesome hotel. Great pool area, didn't try the spa but it looked really nice. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and awesome. Had a balcony which was an added bonus. Right in the heart of downtown and walkable to everything.
