Management doesn’t tell you which room is yours, so you must put your PIN into multiple doors until you find the right one. Management sends you a message saying to contact them if you need anything, but then won’t respond when you do message them.

The bedroom was comfortable and the room seemed clean. The shared space was organized and offered areas to sit and relax.

Shared bathroom broken door handles no AC very hot 78 degrees. Had a hard time turning on TV with remote and then it wouldnt turn off.

A little bit confused since the picture on booking.com shows a single level house and the house I was checking into was a bi-level. Address differs from booking.com The downsides: renovation mode (varnish smell), bath tub was very slow draining. Charity Haven II is described as being handicapped accessible which is why I chose it; being a disabled veteran. Found the house I was in rather challenging because of the stairs.

The location was nice; The house is cozy with a sitting room, kitchen table, full kitchen, patio balcony, shared bathroom and bed room was decorated nicely. The house manager was very helpful and helped me finding the house which was not the one pictured on booking.com.

Hospitality at this place is grade A. Accommodations are quite tasteful and it is just a pleasure to indulge in a little bit of self-ease time at the location.

The room had a strong air freshener scent in it when we arrived. It was too strong. The bed frame was very large, and was easy to walk into accidentally when trying to get around the bed. We were trying to be quiet, but the floor and the bed was quite squeaky. Someone was playing loud music outside of house late at night which was disturbing for a time. I would assume weeknights could be quieter.

The codes for doors were fairly easy to use. We received messages and property updates in a timely manner. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Bedroom seemed clean too.

the bathroom was left unwashed before my arrival and during my 2night stay, the bin was not emptied. I could not sleep for the two nights as the women upstairs were making noise and dragging things over my floor.

The owners lied about any Netflix or cable services, as the transponder was missing, making the tv useless and inoperable.. In the kitchen area, the sink was full of dirty dishes, and the owner left paint cans there smelling out the kitchen and dining room areas.. The bed had a plastic bag on it , overheating anyone attempting to sleep on it.. Overall, a fair rating at best.
