Breakfast ended at 10 am. We were there just before 8 and there were no biscuits and gravy left. Asked at desk if there were more and they put more in but took quite awhile for the food to warm up. Coffee cups were all gone so had to ask for those also.

It is a fairly attractive place to stay. Not too far from the lake. Roomy elevator. The room itself was a little tight. Strange shape. Since we didn't have pets they changed our room to one with a view of lake. Walking distance to JAX restaurant.

The wi-fi was non-existent…if we did get a connection, it did not last…very disappointing!

The breakfast was fine! The suite was fine as well…it was nice to have coffee and water available all day! Enjoyed the hot tub!

Location was perfect for my requirements. Didn’t use the pool/hot tub both looked inviting. The bathroom was clean ,not spotless. The room had ample lighting options. Would use that location again.

There was not a closet tall enough to hang up dress. The water temperature in shower was not consistent.

I think the building could use a little maintenance. There were frayed carpets. The carpeting was bumpy in spots.

I liked the location, I did not have a long commute to work. The bed was comfortable. I had what was needed for my short stay.

The pool and hot tub were dirty, the floor in the pool room had mold and was very slippery. No safety lock on the door (kids can just walk right in).

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and inviting.

The breakfast was so-so; disappointed that the waffle maker was broken and the only eggs were on a pre-fixed English muffin sandwich. Other than that, there was plenty of food, including frest fruit & muffins.

The dining area was very pleasant and had plenty of seating, as well as coffee & hot cocoa 24/7! Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a microwave and mini fridge.

The internet wasn't good, the room's TV could be a little larger however there are lots of channels to choose from. There was not a nice lounge area in lobby. Did not use pool/hot tub but it looked well kept.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown. Staff was pleasant, breakfast decent, plenty of towels, good hot shower, bed comfy with lots of cushy pillows, double queen room a little small, but over all the hotel is very clean and adequate.

Breakfast was as adequate as it was going to be. Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits in the warmer were not hot. If you are going to offer them cold, so you can microwave them, don't put them in a steam pan. Put them on ice. Biscuits and gravy two weekend days in a row, underwhelming again.

Rooms were nice. Check in easy. OK. The helpful Breakfast Attendant was great, she kept everything clean and well stocked.

It was a bit far to walk to downtown Charlevoix. The microwaved breakfast egg sandwiches were bad. They did have other choices which were good.

I loved the fact that they welcomed dogs. They greeted my dog like a true guest. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet had several choices.

Paying for a "lakeview" which you had to strain to barely see. Should not be charged extra for this. Basically overlooking a grassy yard. Room was small.
