No breakfast & the elevator was not working.

It was a nice, quite area, away from the crowds yet a short drive from restaurants & stores. I loved the piers across the street. The beds were comfortable and pool was nice.

Can’t think of a thing except an 11am checkout time rather than 10!

Property is a time share with nightly rental available when owners aren’t using their unit. Kitchen and baths have not been updated to current luxury standards but are perfectly functional and adequate. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, pans, flatware, etc. There is a full size refrigerator and oven and microwave. The pool area is lovely, with a number of tables and comfortable chairs and a large, covered shelter. The price is right!

There were several loud kids at the pool at midnight right below our porch so we lost some sleep.

It was so clean! Loved the friendly staff and great location! It was spacious and we would definitely come here again.

Not very clean. The kitchen needs to be updated. Does not smell very good in the kitchen cabinets. No shampoo and minimal equipment in the bathrooms and the kitchen

We stayed here last year also and just like last year the ppl upstairs were loud.

The area it’s in is beautiful. There was a lot of construction traffics and cars parking all around the property. Due to a large resort being built up the road. That was irritating but wasn’t awful that it ruined our stay.

I liked everything about the place. This was my 2nd time staying and will be back.

Bed was a little hard, with small pillows and the internet was very slow. Shower water didn’t get warm it was a little cool.

The pool/hot tub area was great. The bedding was so clean and smelled great. Kitchen is well stocked, with utensils and cook ware. Great view of the harbor and pool area. Well functioning a/c. Very hot water in the sinks.

1- needs exhaust fans in each bathroom fixed. Heater worked great. 2- the master shower has reversed water. But it's not labeled. It was a"shocking" discovery when I stepped in. 3- it's minor, needs more trash cans(my opinion) 4- Having been born and raised here in Florida, I know this one is hard to accomplish. But there were quite a few sugar ants roaming the bathrooms. even if I had seen a bait trap, I would have known at least they were acknowledging it and trying to remedy the problem.

The condo as a whole was fantastic. A fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, two large king-sized beds, a sleeper couch, a dining room, and a kitchenette. The kitchen even had a garbage disposal. The beds were extra firm, which, for us, were fine. others might like a pillow top. The couch was not very comfortable. I think it needs new life brought back to it. But the fact that there was a recliner helped with my elderly mother, who likes to sleep with her feet up. And it had a lovely screened in patio. So you didn't get eaten up by the mosquitoes. It was completely tiled throughout the house. So you did not have to worry about dirty carpet. The pool area was very nice. lots of places to sit, even some undercover. but one night time fell, a lot was lost under the darkness of night because many of the lights were not coming on. It's a simple fix of maintenance being informed, and I'm sure they'll have that quickly remedied.

It was no inconvenience, but the icemaker didn't work.

Very clean and convenient. Loved the pool area! Nice parking area. Near the harbor, so water views and a park. Plenty on room on v the balcony.

Staff, cleanliness and just exceptionally a great place to take family. I also had 3 with disabilities and special needs and they felt very comfortable there.
