Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

dog fee a bit too high
excellent floor plan using space n the unit. lots of dog walking area around the perimeter of the property. friendly and helpful staff warm and delicious eggs for breakfast 😋

The breakfast was ok, I wish there was more options to chose from.

We have no negative feedback.
Beautifully appointed suite on nice grounds. We are traveling with an elderly lady and the staff gave us a downstairs unit with parking 15’ from our door. Great value. spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were of exceptional quality.

There was nothing I didn't like.
A fantastic hotel for a comfortable extended stay. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics needed to be able to cook. I would stay here again and again!!

Being put out front next to a very busy road. Had road noise all night long.
The airport shuttle was there waiting for me at 4 am.

Nothing it was great
Everything the location was close to Fort Bliss, very nice people, comfortable rooms, 2 swimming pools,so glad to have found this place. Breakfast was awesome.

The kitchen only provided Teflon cookware, which is toxic. Other options would have been appreciated. There was no dish pad to wash the dishes, which was odd.
I am so glad I chose this place to stay for a night in El Paso. We were coming from a long day of traveling in Mexico. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. Large, with a regular-sized kitchen. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel/Airbnb/bed and breakfast. Comfortable beds are hard to come by. I usually bring a bedroll and I did not have to use it. Ample storage space for longer stays. Right next to the airport, which was convenient since we had an early flight. Free shuttle right on site. Didn't stay long enough to use the facilities or see the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Would stay here again.

Took the AC awhile to cool down. Cold water was Luke warm. Ice maker didn't make much ice. Maybe some luggage carts in the future.
Our suite was beautiful and clean. I appreciate all items we had available to us. Love the fireplace. And the staff who checked us in were very nice. Thank you so much.

No breakfast but the room was very clean and comfortable. A little roomier then I expected. Well, it felt like a suit. Not sure why the collect $250 deposit, but it was quickly refunded when I left the room.

Rooms were super cold, beds uncomfortable, water never got very warm to take a shower or bath. Took over 30 minutes to get the WiFi working via third party.

Updates More beds More food at breakfast Make it right with the customer if these things are not provided
There was hardly any breakfast so we had to go buy our kids’ breakfast. The only way we justified a $200 room was knowing that breakfast costs were covered. The room was very outdated, as well. The place did not provide cots, so though the room said it slept 5-6, it did not. One bed and a pull-out does not sleep 5-6.
