The diner is only open until 8. We arrived after 10 and had to search for food.

I loved EVERYTHING! the room itself was BEAUTIFUL! the art work was amazing and being able to see Native American culture was great. My kids loved it as well and were very intrigued by the art etc.

This place is very clean and all the staff were friendly. I will stay again. The facility is very nice. I had to go to the hospital for an emergency but the hours that i slept were very comfortable.

I like the quiet room and a nice view from the 8th floor. The bed was comfortable the TV was nice, the desk chair was comfortable. I fell asleep in the other chair after I arrived.

The one complaint my wife would have in the bathroom was the lighting around the mirror. She finds it hard to put her makeup on.

This is always one of our stops when driving from CA to South Carolina. You can not go wrong with your stay at the front desk, Mr. Jacob will always take care of you.

The only thing we can say is that my wife would like to see body wash. It's not a big deal, like I said before, not really anything you won't like there.

The staff is always professional and welcoming every time. At the front desk, Mr. Jacob will treat you like family. He will help you with whatever you need. This man is awesome.

I LIKED EVERYTHING about this property. it was immaculate, the room was sealed off with tape to show it has been cleaned. I would have eaten off the floor without issue. the bed was wonderful. I am not a gambler and didn’t spend time in the casino, but I couldn’t say enough about this place, a beautiful experience top to bottom.

Booked two rooms online and had confirmation for both - however the hotel could not find the 2nd reservation. Couldn't honor the online price and booked at the on-site rate for 2nd room... it was only $20 so it wasn't that big of a deal for me. I used a third party booking app - that may be where the problem stemmed from. In any event - no skin off my back. Our stay was restful - which is what we needed.

Comfortable and CLEAN. Beautiful room and the SHOWER was fabulous!!! Huge bonus compared to rooms I've stayed at in neighboring towns for business.

The room although well-appointed and comfortable was right behind the elevator machine shaft. Room 413, I would suggest asking for a different room if you are a light sleeper. There is a lot of foot traffic and a slight machinery sound. I sleep like the dead and it wasn't an issue for me personally, but my wife was stirring.

The buffet is an excellent value, and the food on offer was quite good. The night of our stay they were serving slow smoked Flank Steak and a smoke whole hog carvery station. Very tasty.

The elevator was out of order, and I had to carry my bags up six flights. Also, the perfumy smell of the rooms became cloying after a while. It was not a bad smell, but there was way too much of it.

Easy to find off the expressway. Very well lit; I felt very safe here. Really nice place, rooms were spacious and well-appointed, staff was friendly and polite.

Being on the 5th floor, but that's only because I don't do elevators! The front staff was super nice and let me know there were stairs that I could access!

This is one of our best hotels to stay overnight. We will be there a few more times this year. The location is very close to the highway, and rooms are very big. The staff is always awesome and very friendly.

As a casino, we wish the food facilities were open. After 14 hours on the road, we wanted something nice to eat and close. Be careful at the cafe ordering late. They seemed to be a bit bothered but did serve us.
