I would have asked for a non-ajoining room, as the people next too us were very loud.

The pool and hot tub were great. I especially liked that the pool and hot tub were adult only after 10:00 and that the pool stayed open until midnight

There is a main road not far from the hotel which is noisy. There are few rooms which faces swimming pool and this is very noisy and uncomfortable. To avoid booking one of those use hotel's website.

The fireplace was something I was looking forward to relaxing by after our son was asleep. However, it was extremely loud. There is a timer on the wall that ticks very loudly, the metal clangs, and the fan sounds almost broken. Also the air conditioner was extremely loud. There was also the same trash on the beach by the fire pits. We saw staff out side and all they did was throw the cans in the pits instead of putting it in the trash cans nearby.

The view was amazing, the pool was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size. Also Laura from the breakfast service was amazing to work with. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with dinner recommendations.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is this: I first booked with the hotel. It says that it is fully refundable up to a certain date. That is reasonable. What they don't tell you UNTIL AFTER you book is that the service fee is non-refundable. And they tell you this in a little paragraph at the bottom of the confirmation screen, saying "please make sure this works for you." Honestly, they should not say it is FULLY REFUNDABLE, because it is not. They should tell you this BEFORE you submit your payment. I cancelled the hotel reservation with the hotel and ate the service fee, because I was able to save over $100 by using a hotel search engine.

The room was spotless and the bed was SO inviting and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was great. The coffee good.

Everything about the experience of this hotel is intentional, in a good way. Including 24/7 coffee, large towels in the bathroom, large towels in the pool area, modern design, and friendly staff, to name a few.
