There was a little algae in the jacuzzi tub from the jets.

There was no phone in the room, and the direct TV kept going out.

The room was comfortable, and some of the amenities needed to be repaired, for example, the mini fridge was missing the door brackets which limited the space inside. Also, the handle to the jacuzzi tub was broken. Some of the recessed light fixtures were hanging out.

The shower piece was broken in the shower. The headboard, I guess that's what you would call it had holes in it like it was burnt or something. The mirror was cracked. The jacuzzi was behind the bed, but the mirror that was attached to the bed was blocking the tv. I always come to this place, and I think this is the worst stay I ever had, honestly. This is what I get for trying the honeymoon suite. I would never pick this room ever again. I guess I should stick with what I usually pick.

Well despite of the bad things atleast the bed was comfortable.

Ageing interior decor and finishes need repair and renovation. Flooring and rug sketchy. Bed blankets need to be tossed and replaced with a better quality.

The town house had an interesting layout. The theme was great although dated decor. No noisy neighbors because of separate room houses a plus. Very big rooms and showers with nicely placed hot tub. Parking is easy and appears rather safe.

In any atmosphere or establishment, being that there is a solution to any problem.. If there's a problem, it's management's priority to fix & accommodate any issues. The property was great & peaceful! But management job is to accommodate consumer, is that simple. Not mistreat them regardless. Privacy is always mandatory.

Cleanliness was great & efficient! I settled for less than expected, of I pay than I expect what I pay for, its that simple. Nothing illusions just as I anticipate. Besides the obvious all was good besides the misunderstanding and the mistreat versus simply accommodating me & loved ones. If I were emphasizing, putting myself in the consumers shoes, than accommodations would of been made immediately.

As a couple hotel ,I would expect they provide porn channels, not cartoons.

I was worried after reading all the reviews, but the room was pretty clean. It’s obvious who ever cleans the room doesn’t use a vacume cleaner.

Jets in tub did not work. We could hear the people in the next room. No mini bar. 1 bottle of water??????

Thought the room was dated and needed some upgrade. Large spot on ceiling in bathroom, needs a better table or desk. I didn't feel the room was DELUXE, which is what I paid for and all the jets in the Spa tub did not work and was the reason I booked here.

Staff Manager was trying to hit on me while checking in. Then said forget boyfriend let it be me and u. I found that disrespectful, Then we had our 2 friends meet us there for all of us to go to a nightclub and he called my cell phone not the room and told me there are only 2 people allowed get them out right now which is weird because he had to watch us threw the cameras very unprofessional

I feel like the room had some things that needed fixing and were eye sores. For the price it should be updated.

Normally the room is exceptionally clean except for this trip. The room had ants and wasn’t cleaned very well before we got there.

This is a quiet beautiful place for a retreat. We stay here all the time. It is one of the cleanest places we come too!
