rooms need updating. located on Beach Blvd which is a 6 lane roadway. lots of traffic noise. mattress very squeaky. my bathroom sink top had a broken corner with jagged edge (room 104). a long list of rules and he demanded a cash deposit.

$25 cash deposit (refundable, but why cash?), loud location, people walking around/hanging out outside and sketchy part of town. To the hotel, please consider changing the cash policy to avoid inconveniencing your guests and sending them to the gas station across the street.

It was a room, with walls, a bed and bathroom which did the trick for the price and what I needed for 8 hours of sleep.

The staff was rude he tried to charged me much more than was on the web page. It said the total price was 102 and some change or something like that. The gut said I didn't put enough money when I paid then it said the deposit was 25$ and he said it was minimum atheist 40$ and could be more. He was very out of line and I feel like overcharging in that manor or any way that they clearly did with intent would be. discrimination and or theft. Both should not be welcome ever. Moreso at a place of hospotality where you would find comfort and rest while away from home. I'm truly disappointed

I'm not sure I liked anything at all I had stayed there in the past and loved it. But it was much different this go around.

I get charged extra $20 for staying over otherwise I get to check out & check back in at 3pm. I would have stay longer but this policy shows me how greedy this facility. They rather lose future business.

Extremely close to every imaginable fast food restaurant within 1 mile. Every conceivable amenity is available here, including shopping nearby. Manager is extremely helpful and on top of any problems that you may have. Wonderful guy.

They just need to upgrade the furniture and the beds. If they could remodel The bathrooms , it would only be a small upgrade. new counters sink and toilet.

Very friendly. Very accommodating. It was quick and easy to get the room. It's actually in a pretty good location everything is either across the street or about 5 minute drive. It's not very far from Knotts Berry farm either(less than 10 min away). The room was clean when I arrived. The outside premises are well groomed and taken care of. I like the floors that they had they seemed pretty new

I asked for a bathtub the guy that checked me in. Had no clue if there was a bathtub. Also the woman was very rude. I asked why there was no plastic shower curtain. I told her I wanted to dye my hair. She said I wasn't aloud to dye my hair. That they should of told me that. And they where working on putting that rule in the things we couldn't do there. The shower was dirty. I stayed 2 days. I asked for towels and toilet paper the next day. Since I left in the morning she said I had to wait until the maid finished cleaning all the rooms. They never bought me anything.. I was in the room right next to the office seemed like I was being watched. Creepy there was no hot water just luke warm. .
