The only thing that bothered us was the shower would make a high pitched screeching noise when running. It was loud enough we think the neighbors could hear it, so we had to rush in order to not inconvenience anyone!

The amenities, scenery, and overall facility was beautiful. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly!

The room was way smaller then we were expecting. The TV was staticky and the bed was super hard. We both slept horribly on our 2nd night and both woke up super sore

No elevator. And they charged a deposit at checking in. That wasn’t on the booking page. They said it would be refunded if no damages.

No breakfast was available there. Not included. Restaurant didn’t open until 11 for lunch. View was gorgeous. No elevators. My room was on 4th floor Got to room. It was nice. Air conditioner was not cooling. Called down to front and the sent maintenance man straight up. He tried fixing it. Before he left it quit working again. He called and got me another room. It was nice with a view from the mountain over looking the river. Very pretty.

Our room was in the worst location. Our view out our window was of the compressor units and the rooftop. For such a beautiful place, the room they chose to give us was a disappointment. Also, there was no blow dryer in the room which was very surprising.

The location of the resort is amazing. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking. They had many outdoor activities to enjoy. We really enjoyed the sky train the the Alpine Slide. I would love to come back in the winter.

Stayed Sunday-Tuesday 3rd week of oct. Was looking forward to hikes and walks. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative. Not much to do at the resort or the area if you can’t be outside unless you stay fri-sun.

Mary at the front desk was super nice and helpful checking in. Resort is set in Beautiful setting. Fall color was amazing

Stuck in the 70’s; needs updating. Was not busy and first room had “cloudy” window facing parking lot. After speaking with admitting, given nicer room facing open hills and sunset. Shower had “hard “ setting only, but temp was perfect. Two sinks but one bar of soap. No shampoo, lotion or other nice touches. Room had frig, couch and table. Bed cover was old fashion “quilted” cover but clean. I rarely drink, but 2 drinks and I felt nothing. No napkin offered , never offered menus, peanuts. Had to ask. Food was adequate, but decided to skip breakfast there. It just felt like no one cared if we ever came back.

Price was good for what we had. Had bar and restaurant in grounds, parking on grounds, pool was available. Had a drink on deck facing west sunset and ski lift with river in background.

Coffee in room and in lobby. Nothing for tea drinkers. Wished that the pool opened earlier. Restaurant didn't open until 8:00am.

We were on the 3rd floor. If there was an elevator, we couldn't find it. Difficult to manage the stairs; recovering from a knee injury. All in all it was ok, just took it slow
