The restaurant service is not so good, few staff.

Facilities and the location is excellent, the breakfast is very good, better than most part of hotels

The Mountain View’s are spectacular. Such a great location near the zoo and other food and cool locations.

the steak and chicken that were served had no flavor and the bananas foster had way to much sugar it was still granular , the room was nice but the view could have actually faced the mountain ( i know that is not an option just an observation)

We were in the 2nd floor and could hear every step above us. Also there was a dip in the floor by the TV in our room.

The only issue I had was the room didn’t get cold enough so I was constantly waking up with night sweats.

The indoor pool was not as warm as they claim, and the water was not 3 feet. My little one was upset that he could not swim in 3 feet.

The view is beautiful. Breakfast was good. Also a lot of shops and restaurants not far from the property.

Very comfortable beds! Lighting was a little weird with where the light switches were located. Black out curtains were effective. Patio was lovely. Pools were lovely. Entire resort was beautiful. Breakfast was okay

The staff at the reception desk wasn't super cooperative. Welcoming is not just checkin-in a guest, is to present the venue and the surroundings, giving tips about local restaurants and attractions. It's the hospitality business, not the DMV

The view from the room was spectacular. Great facility and the pools are definitely a plus. The room was very clean and as presented in the pictures.

It was REALLY icy on the grounds during the storm. They could have done a little better job at that. The breakfast manager was a little rude on Sunday when we told him we didn't know we needed reservations. We still got breakfast, so I'm not sure why the scolding was necessary. Just the wrong vibe at the end of a really nice stay.

We were there for a hockey tournament and it snowed like crazy. The pool and hot tub (outdoors were great). The included country club access to use the gym and rent a tennis court was a huge bonus.

Room was not equipped for two people.. Only one robe in room, minimal coffee cups in room.. Seems like there should be a bigger variety of Amenities being a resort.

Friendly staff, excellent spa/massage & gym, excellent free breakfast, great checkout time later than most properties.

Breakfast voucher were very confusing. Make sure you give waitress the correct amount of breakfast vouchers.

Outdated rooms, lack of amenities (was hoping for indoor jacuzzi and sauna). No elevators in the lodge we stayed in (hard to carry bags up three flights of stairs). Felt like a generic hotel, but at a luxury price. We stayed here since we were getting married nearby. Asked in our notes if staff could do anything to make our stay special. Didn't get anything in return, which we knew could be stretch. At least a congratulations or acknowledgement would've been nice, but nothing.
