It was a downside to not having a TV in my room, also I would say the property should have shower soap just in case their guest don’t have any, I came prepared with my own.

The property had a creative theme, the management staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

The walls were very thin so you can hear your neighbors even when you and your neighbors are in the own rooms. Customer service was not so reachable, the code to enter the building was given 1-2 hours after the check-in time.

The cleaning lady was lovely and I liked the location which is about 30 mins from the city center

I stayed in a room downstairs and there were some bugs that kept entering from the hallway for a few days, but later were gone problably due to regular cleaning.

The house truly matches the pictures so it's already a great point! There was enough amenities to share in the kitchen so I could prepare my breakfast and dinner everyday.

There were no towels or paper towel available in the upstairs washroom, the air was a bit too cold, and there should be a more assessable source of contact. My room door locked behind me on a trip to the restroom. I chose to pick the lock because earlier attempts to phone staff were directed to the automated service. Which I found frustrating considering how quickly I was contacted to collect and secure a security deposit. Lastly, the room door locks are way too easy to pick. An upgrade should be made immediately or visitors should be made aware of the vulnerability associated with such nonsecure lock.

Overall, the stay was great! The property was well kept (almost untouchable) and quiet hours seemed to be active throughout the entire day. The top floor restroom has a bathtub that is worth the visit! This reservation was made same day and the response time was notable. I would recommend.

The quiet was very creepy especially when you are being watched by hidden cameras. The fact that you pay twice as much as you would in a Hotel and the guidelines restrict you to 10 times less of what you can do, you would have more freedom in a college dorm this is High School restrictions with no TV in room and the one in the common area shuts off at 10pm.(So much for watching the news) No visitors No amenities no warnings of City ordinances (I got a ticket for parking in front of the place and it was scheduled for street sweeping). There is no personal contact they won't even talk to you on the phone they will only accept text messages. You will never see who you are giving your information to and you will never know who they are giving it to. If you are looking to have some fun while you are in the great city of Chicago this is not the place. My room was so small down in the basement that I couldn't even set up my laptop, no dresser for my clothes, once you are in you are on your own. Welcome to the Hotel California.

The area area the house was not the best. I woke up multiple times to people being loud and hanging out close enough that I could hear them. I think the last time was about 230am so I left about 5am...

The whole set up inside was GREAT! Nice and clean.

1. The bedsheets were not clean at all, we can still see the dusts and hair on it 2. We have no control to our A/C we only have ceiling fan which is not enough for a warm night

My privacy was invaded and customer service for the tv being turned off at 10pm was enforced which is ridiculously and a violation of what I paid for

Having to read the fine print. No privacy. Naggy host constantly trying to find mistake to kick you out and keep your money. There is late check out fee. Not that I would want to stay there longer. There is no private bathroom. Expensive for a just a room. A lot of slippery stairs during winters. No guaranteed free parking. When they say free parking. They mean street parking. The neighborhood seems to be recently upgraded from a being a bad one. Sketchy and Scammy.

The location is close to McCormick Place where exhibition and events are held.
