The metal plate around the light fixtures in the bathroom is severely rusted. It’s disgusting! Room 226

Very cozy and located near everything I needed. Rose in housekeeping went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She left a special birthday treat for my daughter, a wonderful surprise. All staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The heater didn’t seem to work too well. Had it all the way up and it was still freezing.

More small than I anticipated it being but very clean, staff were nice, easy check in & check out. I’d stay here again!!

When we checked in, the room they gave us still had towels and bedding on the floor as it hadn't been turned over yet. When we went back to the front desk they were quick to apologize and promptly gave us another room. The Hotel does need a bit of updating as its age is starting to show in some areas.

The location was great for what we needed (United Center) and it was also within a 10 minute walk to a few pubs which was very convenient! The room was as expected for the price and based on other Reviews.

The room was smaller than I like, but it served it's purpose. We were only in town for 1 day, so we didn't need to stay long. The bed was very comfortable at least.

I love how close it was to the United Center. Also, Park Tavern restaurant, close to the hotel, was amazing. We booked a reservation a week prior to the event because they get busy, and it was definitely worth it.

When we came back from our concert at about midnight, the whole lobby smelled like marijuana. Like someone had just recently smoked in there. Also when we left at 2:30am, nobody was at the desk to talk to.

I liked the location (went to the United Center for a concert) and had to leave at 2:30am to go the airport. I was worried about going to the parking ramp at that time but because it was locked down, I felt completely safe. Our bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very big and roomy! The woman who checked us in was also amazing, super friendly and very helpful!!!!

The entire floor in the room was super sticky. It was kind of gross.

The location was perfect for the event I was attending this weekend! The room had fun artwork, and I was super impressed by the full size fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. Plus, the price couldn't be beat!

They allowed animals (which is fine) but our bed had dog or cat hair on it still. The people next to us had a dog and it barked for two hours straight (maybe longer, we left the hotel to go out). The walls are super thin.

Good value ! About a 15 min drive to concord music hall!

When I booked, free breakfast was an amenity. However, that was not the case. And otherwise personal preferences. Full size bed but LARGE TV and almost full size refrigerator seemed a bit much in the very small room.

Very clean, although small room. We didn’t spend much time there, though. We were in town for an event at United Center and were unexpectedly surprised how close it was. We also walked to a nearby coffee shop and restaurant for breakfast. Hotel staff very friendly.
