The rooms were a bit outdated and we did have an issue with ants in our room.

The location was a great place to the McCormick Place as well as the Chinatown and you walk to both if you really wanted to. The workers really great as well with the hospitality

For the purpose I went, the location was ok because it was within walking distance to the event, but in general, it is far from everything you might need (grosseries, restaurants, drugstores etc) The hotel needs some maintenance especially for the elevators. The floor mats and the bathroom require some extra cleaning and the towels provided are of poor quality. For the price paid, I expected much more comfort and cleanliness. A breakfast option would also be great.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered Amazon deliveries to the hotel's address, some help for bus and restaurant advices and the staff was very kind every time!

Location is great. Easy and direct access vis public transport to many locations for sightseeing. Bus station is litteraly in front of the hotel. Stuff was nice, friendly and helpful. breakfast bar is amazing, both food and people who work there. Bed was really comfortable, room and bathroom were big. Bathrom is really nice.

On the 2nd night, we lost electricity in the room. When I called the front desk, she offered us to change rooms but we would have to completely pack up & move rooms. Since it was 1am & no lights, I wanted to sleep in another room, come back in the morning when it was light to pack but she said it was against company policy to allow us to have keys to 2 rooms. That was disappointing, stayed in the room & attempted to sleep without my CPAP machine. Then when checking out, I was told it could have been fixed in a few minutes by flipping a switch but there was no maintenance person on duty to take care of it.

Location was great for the concert at Soldier Field. Loved free parking with in & out privileges,

lobby, hallway, elevators were very hot-room was very hot, had to kick up air full blast to start feeling it. Water temperature on faucet in bathtub was the opposite way of markings.

location was great, just 10 minutes or less from down town, baseball field, everywhere we wanted to go. bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Parking included was great.

Our remote control didn’t work but someone came to help us. The hotel is so basic no restaurAnt on site. The location is far from any type of restaurants. It is not great for people who travel with public transportation like us.

I always stay in this hotel whenever i travel to chicago because of the convenient parking and the location is not far from the city proper. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Nothing really bad to say about the place maybe like a little store at night to buy water and other snacks.

If you are going to watch a White Sox game its about a mile or two away. Many places to eat are close by and the train is also walking distance. The rooms are very huge and very clean and also the cafe was very good for a bite eat.

Housekeeping was not running for daily cleanings during our stay. The sign said “due to Covid”. Slightly disappointed that that was not an option as we find daily housekeeping a necessity for our trips. Extra towels etc were provided upon request at the front desk, but again, inconvenient.

The hotel was in a convenient location to the McCormick Convention center. The price paid for 3 nights was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly upon check in and the room was clean.

Needs some upkeep and maintenance. Our room door didn't lock properly (solution-just jiggle the handle); the toilet took a long time to fill; the heating unit was very noisy; and there was a missing tile in the bathroom. They seem understaffed, but the staff who are working were very nice & helpful.

Great location - close to all the attractions. Hotel is clean, the rooms are very large, and the beds are comfortable.
