No breakfast offered - but none expected at that price. No window that could be opened.

For the price, the Inn provided everything one could hope for - a reasonably nice, clean room with a large bed, and all the "essential" amenities - fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The location is good for exploring Chincoteague and Assateague. The night was quiet.

The room is very spacious and clean with lots of storage. Amenities are great considering the price point. Amazing value for money. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, including a popular restaurant right across the street.

Our main problem was with the stove in the outside kitchen. We always look forward to cooking our own seafood and the burners on the stove are pretty bad.

The room exceeded our expectations, clean with nice bath and shower.

It could've been cleaner. It was just OK, as far as cleanliness. It does look to be an older hotel, so I understand it won't look sparkly clean. The carpet could use a shampoo. I suggest putting the "Do not disturb" door hanger in a more visible spot. Partly my fault, but I finally found it as I was packing to leave underneath the box of tissues. I personally don't like housekeeping in my room when my things are there. I think that's true for a lot of people. It is a good place and location if you're in a lower budget price range.

The room was not clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

They kept the pool open longer than it was supposed to be because it was so hot out. I also love the fact that this hotel has a kitchen for guests to use and we used it a couple of times.

It was not as clean as I would like it. I received a notification from you all saying our room was ready but as soon as I opened the door of the room there was a lot of sand in the room right in the entrance so that’s the first thing I noticed and second, the room smelled like it has mold or something.

The rooms need to be updated. Maintenance should inspect the rooms to make sure the drains are draining quickly and for caulking that should be done around the tub area. Large mirror was covered in a film.

Better lighting, especially in the bathroom. The fixture on the wall over the mirror is too low and needs to be raised higher. Add tea bags to the tray along with the coffee packets.

The location was great, right in town, we could have walked pretty much anywhere. Nice pool even though we didn’t get a chance to get in. It was quiet, the air conditioner and fan that was on it was powerful. The room was clean, the ice machine worked good. The staff was friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk when I checked out in the morning, he was very helpful.

Check in staff was not overly friendly. Towels were swapped out, but bed linens not changed, nor beds made. Tub/sink not cleaned, nor room vacuumed. Dirty handrails on stairwells.

Pool area needs some attention. New grout and paint needed. No elevator so request ground floor if handicapped.

Classic 3 story plantation style motel located in the heart of Chincoteague. It is a two star with basic amenities. Beds were average but comfortable, very clean and had standard amenities. Very friendly staff and close to everything.

Room was a bit musty, which I know is hard to prevent in the heat and humidity. Ditto to the flies that came in when I tried to keep the door open to air things out a bit.

Room was functional, including a nice table with chairs and wifi so I could log on for work as necessary. Refrigerator and microwave were also convenient. Nice pool. I also love Chincoteague in general and appreciated the location of this property, walking distance to downtown and the commercial strip and easy access to Assateague.
