It was fine. It was pouring rain with wind during my stay but it was January out on the coast in Washington.

Was there for a conference in January. It had the best price compared to the others in the town. Interestingly I walked into the office, the manager said "Hello, welcome, watch out for bears in the area" He then told me about recent bear encounters in the town.

Bathroom badly needs updated, new mattress is needed on the bed, and a larger TV screen.

The facility needed updated. It is what we expected for the money. The owners were very pleasant and kind.

The room with 2 beds and large kitchen wasn't available. However I made my room work out.

The property is about 2 blocks from the ocean beach by car, and has a path from the rooms to the beach as well. I'm booking now for next years trip.

Some of the cupboard doors are about to come off otherwise everything was perfect for the 3 of us.

Brought our own food and was happy to have everything we needed to cook with. Great location, our 2nd time staying and we'll back again.

I'm 6ft and the shower head was a little low and the shower was a little cramped and the toilet was tiny and low. No USB plug ins anywhere so bring chargers.

It was a nice quaint room. Not to far from the Ocean Shores. Single story so no noisy upstairs neighbors. The owners are very nice and an overall great experience.

Furnishings could use an update, but we knew this going in, and wanted to support a locally owned, mom-and-pop place. Bed wasn't terrible, but seemed like it might have a slight indentation in the middle. Overall, furnishings are basic. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place close to the beach, this does the job quite well.

Just a few minute walk from the beach! Very quiet location right on the edge of town--not too far from food options, but nice to not be right in the middle of everything. Owners were lovely and provided dinner recommendations.

The bed was a little hard and there were flies in my room.

The room was a bit better than I expected, considering it was less expensive than most other rentals. My favorite things were that it was quiet, I was able to park right in front of my room (no stairs or elevators), very close to a beach access, near town, had a good size fridge, and a microwave. It even had a toaster...had I known I would have brought something to toast! I also really loved a decor item that spoke to my heart. The room was dated and no frills, but clean and all I needed for a weekend getaway by myself.

The room was a little dated and could have been a little cleaner (dust mostly). Tiny shower but usable. I didn't like leaving, wish I could have stayed longer!

A very chill place off the beaten path. Quiet but you can hear the ocean. Management was very accommodating and helpful. Park right in front of your room door, no stairs to deal with. Easy walk to the beach. Easy check in and check out. It's like stepping back in time. It said queen bed but was a king. It had a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Extra towels in the room also paper plates, coffee cups and salt and pepper. Much better deal than most in Ocean Shores especially since we didn't spend alot of time in the room anyway. Even let us check in early, not like most places you have to wait til 4 o'clock, ridiculous.

Good basic motel, a throwback to earlier times with no free breakfast and no internet. Unassuming decor, comfortable bed and furniture, appliances all in working order, and all units in a row on one level. We could have paid more elsewhere, but it would not have improved our experience.

We had alot of cobwebs in the family room & the other room had alot of flies.

We all loved the firepit area where we did smores. We enjoyed the deers walking by on their way home & we just love how friendly everyone is.
