Little details like the room wasn't ready at 4:00 and there was no coffee out the first morning.

The room and the view, the best! It was cool having access to the steam room. Also, they have a great restaurant. The food is excellent! The bathroom with a huge tub is great. The bed was very comfortable. Also, parking is free in the downstairs garage.

No pancakes available due to out of order machine, but could have offered to cook them on a pan. That is all my daughter wanted.

Honestly, we did not expect that a train was going to be passing RIGHT BY the window and thus loud. Interesting but a little annoying at times.

Room was a great size with a large window and gorgeous view. The bathroom facilities were also very nice though the shower was a little creepy since it was so dark. The bed was comfortable and linens very nice. We had breakfast in the morning and it was excellent!

Very spacious room. Exceptional comfort bed. Beautiful views of the water, bay, islands and mountains. The large bay window with the built in sitting spot was large enough for the two of us to gaze out at the spectacular views. Plus we actually love to watch and hear the occasional train go by For what this hotel room provided along with it's location, the price was worth every penny and then some Every staff member we talked with were pleasant, helpful and spent the time with us

Everything at the hotel and local neighborhood was wonderful.

Beautiful, sparking clean facilities; superb staff, exceptionally kind and helpful. Gorgeous views, well appointed rooms. Onsite restaurant is excellent. Convenient 15-20 minute stroll to the Amtrak Cascades train station, Fairhaven stores and shops, and other local amenities.

Bed wasn't as comfortable as previous stays. felt extra hard. but not horrible, just the only thing that stood out at all as a negative.

View was spectacular. Staff is always so friendly. Location is the best. Love this hotel.

I would describe the hotel as a "boutique" property near the historic town of "Fairhaven"----with a beautiful view looking out over the picturesque Bellingham Bay. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The hotel has a great restaurant (utilizing the Bay view) and a cozy bar area with a wood-burning fireplace.

Rooms are very well situated with stunning views. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable and bedding is very clean. It is in a fantastic position, and easy to walk into the town which we love. Nice walks and drives all around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, a bonus being able to charge our EV easily and for free.

We stayed for two nights. On the second night there was a wedding, which was fine...congrats to the happy couple. It would have been nice to be informed that the wedding party was taking over the lounge and deck so that guests have time to make other dining arrangements.

The view from our room was beautiful. There is a comfortable window seat which is great for enjoying the view of the bay while sipping a coffee or glass of wine.

Hard to get comfortable on the beds. Comforter too hot, pillows too thick and uniformly hard. No variety in pillows.

Excellent view, easy access to the boardwalk, covered parking included, wonderful organic food, uniform excellent customer service.
