You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe bedding in the master bedroom was a synthetic material and was too hot/uncomfortable, the comforters on both beds dry clean only so hygiene was a bit of a concern. What I didn't appreciate was a property that advertised as dog friendly contacting me several days after booking to ask for a $150 pet fee. I have no issue with paying a pet fee however the amount should be transparent and stated on booking.com so that it can be taken into account prior to booking the accommodation.
The apartment was cosy and felt immediately like home, it was clean and had everything required for a family stay - we especially enjoyed the patio. The location is excellent, close to both downtown Santa Fe and an excellent dog park.

United States of AmericaAs I mentioned, the elevator was not working. We slept on the blanket just underneath the comforter on the bed. I am not sure that everything had been recently cleaned (probably so), but there was a musky smell of apple and apricot, or something to that effect. It wasn't bad, but we wondered if the sheets had been washed and if the comforter had been dry cleaned. It was okay, it's just that we were not used to the solution on the bed.
There was no breakfast in answer to your question. I have stayed at two other condominium locations in the U.S. In both I stayed much longer. If I had to do it again, i would have probably stayed at a hotel, instead. However, I wanted to experience the pleasure of staying at a homestyle location. Two full days sandwiched by an arrival day and a departure day is not enough time to enjoy the surroundings and visit and tour the area. I would have liked to have had more time there. The only negative thing was that on the departure day, the elevator did not work and we had to haul out luggage and items down to our vehicle. Fortunately, we got up early enough so that we had the time to make trips down the stairs over to the dumpster to discard our trash and to our vehicle to load it up. It wasn't a big thing, but we would have liked for it to have been working. I would advise future bookers to stay at least a week, instead of a couple of days.
